Very clean hotel with nice restaurant and bar, perfect breakfast. Comfortable beds, a bit small balcony. Very proffessional and helpful staff all over the hotel.

Booking is blaming on its web page !!! Originally we wanted to stay in Arosa, but no suitable hotel was available so booking offerred Davos hotels and showed that Arosa is only 12km from Davos - yes, but straigth by walk through the mountains ! It took almost two hours to drive from Davos to Arosa - 90km !!! We were very angry with Booking. Wrote claim but without any reply. If everything is OK booking is fine, if there is a problem booking is like a ghost ...

What a wonderful stay we had. Just excellent service from start to finish from the reception and the restaurant. So welcoming staff. Emmanouela was just great and outstanding from start to finish. We really felt like valued customers. The hotel prepared our room in a wonderful manner. So nice and helpful service throughout our stay. Wonderful breakfast. Excellent food and service and in the restaurant. The service and help from the bar was outstanding. Nice and comfy spa. Wifi excellent. Service at our hotel room was helpful and excellent. Location was excellent. We loved the opportunity to rent el bikes. So great. We would love to come back. We will come back.

The service at the breakfast area from the breakfast manager on our third day (Monday) was sub-standard and not welcoming. That was not a nice breakfast and coffee morning. The breakfast coffee could definitely improve, particularly the espresso and the americano. The gym could have been better equipped, more spacious and with better air ventilation.

The staff were very friendly. Reliable shuttle to and from the ski lifts.

The room was dated, lacked some facilities like tea/coffee, the minibar was not free like at most swiss hotels. The spa was nice but would be better if it had an outdoor area too. The breakfast was a bit simple for a 5* hotel.

Great gastronomy, a fabulous atmosphere in a historical Grand Hotel and the very professional staff makes it memorable.

- Spa area is very small and basic. - Had to wait at night for the staff to open hotel doors. - Staff offered to help with the car and snow, but didn’t do so.

The hotel was really beautiful. In the old style decorated and the view from the balcony to the mountains was really nice. Cleanliness was 10/10! The breakfast was super delicious and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Nothing to add. Everything was great.

Had the good fortune of staying there right before they closed for the change of ownership. Was throughly impressed by the attention to detail of the entire service staff who went out of their way to make the stay there unforgettable.

Breakfast needs improvement.

The entire staff has been superb, the breakfast was 6*! My room, the facilities, the entire atmosphere of the house has been perfect! I loved the timeless elegance of the interior design, very tasteful and classy to the smallest detail.
