While we stayed in Davos in the winter time for several years, this was our first time summer stay in Hard Rock Hotel Davos. We like the concept, style and decorations. We took the large room of 70sqm ( Rock Suite King Gold ). It was very nicely decorated, enough space for 3 adults. The hotel (as the whole city of Davos) is dogs-friendly. Very nice ( rock) spa area Very friendly cleaning room staff

Although our room was nicely decorated, it missed some functionalities: no wardrobe corner at the entry, only one on the upper floor. Modern Nespresso coffee machine, but we had only 6 capsules for 3 pers for 3 days ( less than 1 pp/ day). When I asked to have 2 additional capsules => requested to pay extra, referring to the Hotel policy. (for the price of the room we paid, to refuse 2 Nespresso capsules?!) In such case i prefer to have a “standard coffee-thee facilities” in the room with more regular refill of coffee and thee. It would be nice if the reception staff smile more often!

Stayed over the long Easter weekend - the hotel also celebrated it's 5th anniversary. Attended 2 awesome rock/blues concerts in the hotel - really convenient having to simply walk up the room after the concerts! The hotel upgraded us to a larger room, we felt like rock stars for a few days - well done! At check-in we tried the "Sound of your stay" program and got a Fender guitar - Metallica's "Nothing else matters" all weekend... Spa pre-booking system worked, 2 hours a days is actually enough, and the pool wasn't crowded. Breakfast was plenty - something for everyone, bumping into the musicians from the night before during breakfast was a "bonus" :). Dinner was overall good, friendly staff. If you are looking for a relaxed, informal stay with music to surround you, look no further.

As for suggestions for improvement, the burger at the restaurant was forgettable (other dishes the family tried were good) - otherwise nothing much to share here.

Amazing breakfast included. Very modern and clean bathroom with excellent shower. Loved my balcony. Amazing spa amenities included. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Central location in town and easily accessible bus route and restaurants. (Is on a hill in case you have mobility disabilities).

Slightly small room with queen bed wedged in the corner. Walls had significant scuff marks all over them - requires a simple clean up/paint retouching. Will e-mail facility to let them know, otherwise did not impact my stay!

Hotel impresses with youthful flair and the staff is super friendly and international. The breakfast buffet is varied with super fresh vegetables and fruit. The spa area is very large, for women there is a separate small sauna or the 2 unisex with a steam bath and 10m swimming pool with a separate Kneipp pool. There is also a bar and 2 fitness studios with short trades up to 16KG. All in all it was a fantastic vacation for us thanks to Hard Rock Hotel. We'll be back.

Actually nothing negative to say, except for a kettle to make tea after skiing. already standard in many German hotels.

The room was beautiful, there was so much space in the apartment with a beautiful balcony equipped with a full-sized table so we could sit and eat outside. The hotel was much more family-friendly than we were expecting and we couldn't hear the live music at all inside our room so our children slept peacefully the whole night. We enjoyed a room service meal from the restaurant and all of us enjoyed the variety of fresh hot and cold options at breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. We can't wait to come back for a longer stay as we love Davos and visit regularly.

No complaints from our side - the underground car park was quite busy so maybe someone with a bigger vehicle might have had issues parking but there was a second garage available which we didn't visit. It wasn't an issue for us.

The staff were amazing. My partner is coeliac and the young man who was a trainee (I can't remember his name) in the restaurant remembered him every morning and informed him of different gluten free options available for breakfast. He was so kind and made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are very spacious and modern and absolutely spotless. The spa is amazing and again in immaculate condition! It felt very safe and covid certificates were checked at check in and we were given a wrist band so we didn't have to continuously produce our certificate. I would 100% recommend staying here to a friend

modern, very nice hotel; very good breakfast, very friendly staff, location just 2 bus stops from ski slopes, great view and big balcony; dog friendly hotel - I loved to get a towel for my dog

cleanliness- it was all very good except for the messy shower ( I believe some mould in the corners except for scale) & dirty carpet, but restaurant was on the other hand very clean; the phone & pilot were not disinfected; not much choice for a room service; not enough place for ski boots; I also missed a coffee express, though, it was not in description

Very nice, large and clean room, comfy beds, spacious bathroom, flatscreen tv and the Bose soundstystem was a nice touch. Lovely large balcony. Breakfast was abundant with a good variety, the bar with live music at night was fun! The spa was lovely and having to book an appointment in advance ensured that it wasn't overcrowded, which we appreciated. We didn't try it out this time, but the idea of getting an electric guitar or record player in the room is a cool and creative idea. The music playing in the spa, reception, restaurant and common areas was also great! We were there for an online conference and arrived early before check-in. Although our room wasn't ready, the staff was kind and accommodating, allowing us to use a quiet meeting room while we waited.

Getting to the spa from the main building felt a bit like a maze, it isn't far but the first time getting there certainly felt like it. Also although our IDs and Covid certificate were checked at Check-In to the hotel and we received an armband to indicate this at breakfast and the bar, the spa requires scanning the QR code at each visit, which meant carrying our phones and IDs with us in our robes each time. Not a big hassle but seems like it might be something that could be streamlined?

Great to have daily access to the pool, steam and sauna to rest up after snowboarding. easy to reserve and change the times. Could be problematic if the hotel was full. Loved having a balcony with a peaceful view. The highlight of the room. The bathroom was very nice, very spacious. A pleasure to use.

The fitness room isn't open before 9. Also the room temperature was too hot. Seemed impossible to adjust. On some days the toiletries were not replaced. Need a universal plug at the desk

Everything in this hotel works fine, but it is visible that the staff is there to happily assist at anytime. Everyone in this hotel is simply lovely! From the sweet women in the reception, passing thru the kind guys at the store, I will finish mentioning a name: Maria (Eminem). This portuguese lady made us feel home! But why am I saying her name? Because when we mentioned that we saw how happy people there worked, she said: "This is a great team... it is Sunday, and I come early to work knowing that we will make the best to receive well people coming to Davos. And this is a passion to me". Never will I forget this. I went to relax; your staff gave me more than that. In though times like the ones we are living now, Hard Rock Cafe Davos simply inspired me. Wish soon we can see each other again, this time with no masks. Best regards.

That I was there for only a weekend. Nothing to complain: everything's perfect!
