Great facilities for guests. Free coffee pod machine to use and a small shared fridge was very handy. Location is right next to gondola. Grill house restaurant opposite was excellent for a large and filling meal. Best aspect of arena lodge was the incredible service from the reception staff. I wish I had asked her name. She helped us discover Flims and recommended some excellent walks and Caumasee for a swim.

Friendliness of the staff. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and accommodated all my requests. The possibility to let my car parked while skiing, even after my check out on the day of departure. The location is just great, a mere 2 minutes walk from the first lift. My room was just what I wanted for a 2 days skiing trip; and it was quiet, away from the bar. I didn't have breakfast as I wanted to get asap on the slopes, but there is free coffee in the lounge. I will come back for sure.

The bed was quite hard and not very comfy. I like hard beds but this one is on the edge... The water temperature regulator for the shower in my room was just impossible to use, it really needs to be upgraded, I kept scaling myself or I only got cold water.

Room was ok, we had 2 single beds and a bunk bed. One of the single bed's mattress was not as comfy as the other. The pillows were not so comfortable (very big and too soft). No breakfast option. Neighbouring rooms had some noisy guests that came home late and didnt seem to respect that others could be sleeping.

Flims is a beautiful location in a valley surrounded by Mountains. You can easily travel between Flims and Laax. We drove to Flims but, parked our car and didn't use it again until we left. There is a great variety of restaurants and with the exception of one restaurant we found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. This was our 2nd trip to Flims this season. The hotel rooms are very basic at Arena Lodge however, they have a nice bar and billards/common room area where you can meet with friends. The location to the ski lift, restaurants and stores is superb.

There was a storm our first day and the majority of the lifts were closed. Because the resort was very busy and refunds/exchanges were not offered there were limited amounts of runs available and they were overcrowded with awful snow. My advice is do not buy your tickets ahead of time. The hotel is located on the main street in town which is great for access but, can be a bit loud. The hotel provided ear plugs to help with sleeping.

Friendly staff, featuring local artists in the hall and lobby, complimentary tea and coffee bar, comfortable rooms with separated toilet/ bathroom. Luggage storage for departure day and helpful explanation of the advantages of the guest card.

Friendly helpful staff. Great location. Close to lifts. Nice bar and après-ski. Clean room. Parking on site.

No breakfast included when staying at the Lodge. Breakfast is only available at the Guesthouse which is not part of the Lodge. Needs better lighting in the bathroom.

Fantastic location for the ski rental and the lift. Friendly staff. Decoration in some of the rooms was entertainingly quirky. Good setup for ski boots and storage. Good sauna facilities

Rooms were very small, particularly the doubles on the end, and they didn't serve hot chocolate!

Loved the location, cool room, very accommodating front desk hostess, bar, free AM coffee. I went to ride MTB and Arena Lodge exceeded my expectations! I would 100% recommend and hope I get to go back! Also, Noah across the street at Green Valley Bikes is the man and hooked me up with a sick rental and local knowledge. There was a also a bartender from Netherlands who was super cool! Secret bike locker and spa for the win!

Great value for money and we had a balcony which was a bonus . Staff were lovely and there was a nice bar / terrace on site

No door on the shower room which didn’t bother us as we are a coule but if you were sharing with a friend or family member… could bother you

The staff at Arena are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are big enough as long as you don't have too much luggage. The wellness/sauna and the ski boot heating room are very convenient. Parking was easy in the underground garage. Location is the best.

Some rooms have better mattresses than others. Water pressure is not excellent in the shower.
