Great location, nice clean rooms.

No facilities at all in the hotel. No kettle in the room and the communal food preparation area which used to have a microwave and kettle has been removed. This is a huge loss and makes the hotel significantly less functional.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to check in, given there are no staff on-site. The directions re check-in were easy to follow. The hotel responded to my email about parking on-site, within an hour. It was a great place to stay.

The alternative option for parking in the complex next door, only allowed you to park for 3 hours, so not really an alternative, and no-one we asked seem to know if you could park there overnight without a fine. And just a minor comfort suggestion in regards to the pillows provided - 1 was extremely flat with barely any filling, and the other was extremely big with too much filling, like the size of 2 pillows in one.

The location could not be better - it's right by the ski lifts, Intersport rental is downstairs, the bus stop is right across the road. The is also an American Steak & Burger restaurant in the same building that is open until late, so it's possible to get food nearby. The check-in is contactless, there are no keys, but keypads that require numerical codes - it's very convenient because it's possible to check-in at any time.

It wasn't immediately clear how to get into the ski room (neither the room code nor the entrance code worked for us). But the hotel was very responsive and sent us the code for the ski room when we asked.

It was the second time I stayed at the Hillsite Smart Hotel in Flims beginning of February 2023. My friend and I got a very comfortable room with balcony for a really good price. On arrival in the evening we asked for a kettle which we got next day. The hotel is right at the funicular. There is a heated room for the ski equipment, with extra heating for the shoes. After check out one can leave the luggage there, while enjoying the last day on the slopes. I like this hotel, everthing is very easy.

My friend was missing a restaurant inside the hotel and a sauna too. For me this wasn't important, so no criteria for the booking. There is a steak house just next door and several other restaurants are very close as well. Breakfast you can have in the hotel if you book it in time. However, if you want indoor dining and spa facilities, then this hotel is not the place for those.

I don’t have enough great things to say about this place. Great location, large rooms, clean hotel. Highly recommend.

Definitely an interesting concept with no staff but we didn’t have any issues. I will say that the staff at the restaurant in the hotel is wonderful and friendly but the food is terrible and extremely overpriced. I would not recommend the restaurant connected to the hotel.

The location was great, amazing mountain views and great facilities. The breakfast was very delicious and the hotel staff very helpful and kind. Definitely recommended!

The digital access for the room didn't work well and it was a bit stressful at first( as we arrived late in the evening ) but we managed to enter the room. All good

Excellent location, including parking. Good facilities incl, restaurant, ski room etc. price was heavily discounted and good value. Normal price would have been too expensive.

Rooms and hotel were cold, heating was on but very low. Nobody was on the reception the whole stay and we had only a mobile number .

Low ceiling in our attic family room caused a few bumps! Street facing room was a bit noisy at night but acceptable for use due to location. Would have been nice to meet at least one person during our stay-perhaps someone on reception for an hour or two either in the morning or afternoon.

Hotel was centrally located and comfortable. Very comfortable beds.

Would be nice have an actual person at the reception to greet guest and gi e info such as how to book the hotel garage for parking.... an absolute necessity in Central Flims. This should be explicitly mentioned in the booking conditions as its an extra 20 bucks a night. The large TV screen was useless as we could not find any programms nor was there reception staff to ask.
