Great location, near train station and most of the tourism attractions. Very friendly staff Breakfast was nice

Central location - walking distance or quick jump on the tram to get around the city 4. Staff were so helpful and very friendly - This was the best part 5. Even with a junior suite, the room was still pretty small - but i again its fairly expected in cities, but i still thought for a suite the room should have been a little larger. But the staff and location made up for this.

100% return rate ! The Service has been outstanding. All interactions with staff were friendly, very professional and client oriented. The rooms were very clean, well equipped – the rainforest shower was a real rain forest. The rooms are typically seized for Switzerland, very nice and practical decorated. The breakfast has everything you need and the scrambled eggs made of real eggs and not from Tetra pack. You could smell, taste and hear it from the kitchen. I can only recommend this hotel, as it is not far away from the central station, short walk to Lake Geneva and high value for the price and the overall experience. Important to know that with date 23/07/24 Google Street View does not show the new and fully refurbished hotel, but the former one. Do not be afraid to book this because of this. Very close to the hotel there a multiple restaurants providing you several different geographical food options.

I loved how it was in the city and we could walk everywhere including the lake area and the train station The hotel was very cute boutique style It’s very clean and quiet with friendly staff Service was quick too

The area was a little scary to walk - although nothing happened but we were uncomfortable to walk especially late at night Strippers standing at the corners and guys that didn’t give good vibes Closer to the lake was better atmosphere and area Everything got better as we entered the hotel lobby though- very safe, calm and comfortable stay inside

The hotel is close to the main train station and also the central bus station. It’s 800m to get the city center by walk. Our room was so clean and the staff is always helpful & smiley. We had breakfast at the hotel and I can say as a Turkish people, breakfast bufet is really enough :) Liquid soap that they use in the rooms is amazing! Smell of the soap makes you feel like you’re in a lavender garden.

The only thing I can recommend to the hotel is building bigger gardrobes in rooms :)

I loved the overall ambiance and staff. The hotel is very well kept and the staff went above and beyond to provide recommendations and be helpful. The service felt 5 star. Cucumber water and sweets in the hotel lobby were a great touch. The guest rooms are gorgeous and we were very appreciative to have been upgraded. The toilet and shower are separated which is helpful for a couple. Both areas are in a lovely marble finish. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. Lastly, a big shout-out to the hotel for having a sewing kit. This saved my skirt! Merci beaucoup, Hotel D! I will be back.

I would definitely stay again, but I would have loved the hotel to have included conditioner (I went out and bought some because I have very thick hair). In addition, a full-length mirror would have been nice. Last thing - while I always felt safe, keep in mind that the hotel is in the Paquis area of Geneva and there are some strip clubs and red light areas around. These did not detract from my stay, but I thought they were worth mentioning.

Hotel is superb, a short walk from the train station (onwards to airport 8 mins) and the lake....and old town where we walked and ate out. Nothing negative to say whatsoever, location, staff, rooms, facilities, style, cozyness...all perfect. PS - I'm not being paid for this!

Breakfast (hot) wasn't hot which is the only single issue.....but we did find this in common with all the hotels we stayed in Switzerland.

Location was central to the main train station and a wide variety of restaurants. Staff was extremely friendly. Clean. Nice bathroom. Bed very comfortable.

The room was very small and while we were told we were upgraded the room was smaller than the one we booked on booking.com and did not have the couch. You need to call for some basics to be brought to the room such as iron, tea kettle, but we didn’t see anywhere that told us we could do so.

The rooms are very nice in term of design. If you ignore the surroundings of the hotel… the location is pretty convenient.

The mattress and the blanket were dirty and you could see stains or various origins… however the sheets seemed ok. Rest of the room was clean. The location is good, as the hotel is located near the train station and near the center,however we did not feel very safe going out at night. (a lot of strip clubs, shady people around the block… you don’t really feel like your in Geneva).

Perfect location , train station 4/5 m walk distance , a lot of bars / cafes on same street and / or around corner , table dance Bar just across the street ,,, super professional reception ready to help and assist in every possible way , walk distance to many great places / restaurants in the area . Bus station 5-6 min walk - with selection of tours to France Alp towns etc.. Mega convenient location for both Business and pleasure .
