very friendly staff, you feel like a family atmosphere the restaurant staff in specific are amazing and pay attention to details The concept of restaurant rooms is innovative. location of hotel is amazing, rooms are clean and comfortable and staff comes multiple times in the day to ensure room is always tidy Loved also the bar and live music band It was my husband birthday and I couldn’t imagine it better, thank you very much to all staff :)

It’s not very easy to navigate through the hotel, elevators don’t all go to same place. Few times the room card didn’t work and we had to recharge it. One maybe point the would be nice to implement is rotation of clients to the restaurant rooms as the menue is the same, this will allow clients to visit multiple rooms while their stay :) But these are just areas to be rated over excellent :) because definitely we will be so happy to visit again

The staff were super nice and helpful The views around the hotel were breathtaking It was so peaceful and relaxing....the only (not so annoying noise) were the sound of cow bells 🐄 You certainly would never go hungry here if you choose the half board option either and the food was delicious In the evening I went to the bar for a drink and ended up dancing the night away with other guests to the musician playing a great range of music - we had a great time🍸

Maybe my room was a little small but there was everything I needed except for an iron - when I called reception to ask, they said that there is a charge

The SPA facilities are the real value proposition but also some rooms like ours did enjoy beautiful views and beautiful woodworking features.

The hotel is very remote with minimal and at times very expensive transportation options. This hotel shafted us with their preferred transfer partners for an exuberant amount of CHN 750.00 to transfer us from Zurich to Shoenreid a less than 2 hr car ride! Trains are not an option if you have luggage! Other times, hotel refused to allow for the hotel shuttle to be used to provide after hour access for guests to enjoy other after dinner activities. Making the stay more like trapped in a prison. Add to this the most horrifying bar and lounge act worthy of cheap seedy bars out of Tarantino"s movies. If you go here, you would need your own car but do make sure there is a place to park! The place is set up for a single, segregated, isolated stay!

Quite simply, our best ever hotel experience! This is a wonderful hotel made so by the delightful team of friendly and caring people who made us feel so welcome. There are so many positives, including the breathtaking menus at breakfast, lunch and dinner, not forgetting the delicious afternoon cakes! The spa is superb and the unexpected bonus of free local rail travel capped off a wonderful week.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

This was the most memorable Hotel stay during our Vacation so far in oir life! The Staff are all super helpful and friendly, 5stars Service! The Hotel is super comfy, we love the entire environment, facilities, ambience etc. We stayed 2 nights during December near to Christmas, was regret not to book longer and wants to extend. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked after. Love their Christmas decoration inside the hotel, snow around the resorts was absolutely stunning and breath taking, everything was just so prefect! I tell my husband we'd definitely come back in our lifetime again! Thank you for giving us such a memorable hospitality! We really enjoyed it ❤️ :)

Great experience with the sommelier and the waiting staff, attentive and professional. The spa area has everything you want with all different types of saunas and treatments. We had half board but food was available all day and included from breakfast, salad bar at noon, cake from 3-5pm and dinner after 7pm. The dinner menu changed every night with various good options

Reception staff lacks customer service refinement that would be expected at a 5 star hotel

Our stay at the hotel was exceeding all our expectations! It was truly wonderful! The staff was incredibly friendly and we felt immediately welcome and at home. The Spa area is divine, the food absolutely fabulous and the rooms comfortable. We will definitely come back! Thank you for such a warm welcome!

Lovely outdoor heated pools with view of the mountains. Excellent food. Great service in restaurants & bars. Friendly & professional staff. Close to ski lift (5 mins walk).

Our room was on the road side of the hotel which meant some noise from cars. The rooms on the pool/garden side would be quiet though.

I was a little sceptical about the hotel on arrival with the wrist band, the staff in traditional dress and half board ( which we would not normally do for fear of feeling trapped), but the food was absolutely excellent and the spa and staff were great. Sitting in the salt water pool looking at the view will be a great memory.

We only had the option of a standard room when we booked and we were disappointed to be facing a very noisy road. The hotel were thoughtful enough to have left ear plugs and I know that the price we paid for the room had taken the noise into consideration. Just be aware that it isn’t easy to sleep in such rooms. We would have liked to have used the sauna but there was confusion on our part about the ‘dress code’ I.e. it seems that no costumes were allowed and I didn’t want to witness that spectacle!! Also dogs were allowed in the restaurant, which is fine if they are well behaved, but ‘Tonto’ climbed all over the seats and tried to get up on the table which was very unhygienic and off putting.
