The breakfast selection was excellent. There was a slew of great quality bread, cereal, ham and cheese as well as yogurt. They also had a selection menu where they had eggs as well as avocado toast and sausages as options. I also enjoyed the staff quality and friendliness. The staff was very fluent in French,English as well as German. They were very attentive to our needs and tried their best to accommodate the various needs throughout our stay. Our view from our room was exceptional and very scenic. Great location as well. The hotel has that special wood/cabin smell when you enter that brings a sense of calm and relaxation.

Overall, it was a very great stay! If I were to give reviews in terms of what could potentially be areas of improvement - the Wi-Fi in our room was quite unstable and weak (about a 40% connection rate throughout or stay), and the beds were a little bit too soft for my personal preference.

l like everything in hotel. they have a car pick you up from train station of Gstaad to hotel for free with out any pay . The view was amazing in family room, the bathroom was very good, the staff was friendly and always smiling, everything was very good. And I classify this hotel as a five star hotel. Just in the breakfast they need to but something for vegetarians people. because my kids was allergies from eggs and milk, and everything continue that’s very difficult for us to found something for him, Bread also contains eggs and milk 😊.

We’ve booked a family room and the sofa was not that comfortable, they helped us and made it much more comfortable. Thank you staff!! The breakfast was amazing, the refurbished rooms were also so chic. everything was clean and the hotel was relaxing.

The billard must not be charged. I mean they could do better and provide a free of charge billard game if they even provide some entertainment like that.

I loved this location. The staff was very kind and friendly. I was very appreciative of their efforts. The breakfast selection was incredibly varied and the options were very fresh. I looked forward to breakfast every day, and was sad that I missed it my departure date. The restaurant/bar was quite lovely. I would point out to American travelers, that it is considered highly unusual for women to sit alone at a bar in Switzerland. That being said, I don't like sitting alone at a table, so I did it anyway.

Comfortable lounge area and really cute bar. Room facilities including water, tea selection, aromatic bathing soaps, face towels and moisturizer were great coming off the mountain, as was the wellness centre with spa and sauna facilities. Room had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Price of alcoholic drinks made it too expensive to enjoy the bar.

all was very nice, breakfast excellent, room nice and calm, good wine list, food super there were reconstruction of some rooms in place, but done but very elegant and quite way without disturbing guests

Just suggested that breakfast needs to be more multi cultural, it was pure English breakfast though it was very healthy and nutritional.

The hotel has been relatively recently fully renovated. Everything is clean, the rooms are of a great size, the staff is super friendly, all covid regulations are respected, the breakfast buffet was fantastic! Truly a very pleasurable experience all around.

At breakfast, the juices are produced by a capsule infused machine and thus the orange juice tasted more like vitamin C water …

Breakfast is very nice as well as dinner and the service is fantastic! The rooms are renovated and well cleaned, I feel welcome every time I am there, like a home away from home:-)
