The hotel is beautifully situated with views across the valley to the mountains. Very relaxing and comfortable public areas. Clean, airy rooms that totally met expectations. The reception staff were friendly and efficient.

The bar should be correctly stocked and be able to provide the drinks that are listed in the drinks menu. My wife and I requested a local white wine and a Jameson's, neither of which was available. The breakfast was chaotic with not enough space available in the breakfast room with several parties moved to a room downstairs. This meant having to go up and down the stairs to get food. Moreover, there was not enough food available and food that was finished was not replaced. This was very disappointing.

Everything was great ! Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. My compliments to the two reception ladies, being friendly and accommodating at my requests. The hotel is cosy, clean and welcoming. We had a room with the balcony and amazing view, there is also a Nespresso coffee machine in the room and tea bags. Spa is lovely , everything is new and clean. It’s not big but it’s cosy. We enjoyed our food in the lounge bar and breakfast has very nice choice of options too. Overall, one of the best 4 stars hotels I’ve stayed, and very close to Gstaad, under 10 minutes by train. I will def come back another time! Everything was great and staff really made the difference !

Everything was great, just few suggestions to consider: - it would be great to have bit extended hours of spa ( at least 9pm) also during the summer. As days are long and one might spend longer times outdoors hiking, it leaves a little time to spend in the spa and it’s a pity cause it’s really a lovely one to enjoy. - would be great to have towels in the spa directly available rather than asking them to receptionist every time. - it’s would be great to have late check out options even if for extra fee.

The location is breathtaking, and the architecture is stunning, reminiscent of a luxury Swiss chalet. The restaurants offered excellent food and drinks. We enjoyed the pool and the cinema room, making for a unique and enjoyable movie night at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful as well!

This is more of a caution, if you have a car you’ll need to find a parking spot outside the hotel or pay for indoor parking! But it’s not a big deal, there’s usually a place to park outside.

Location was amazing. Loved the pool and the how easy it is to get there from the room. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception and the restaurant.

The restaurant was closed during our stay, that's understandable, but the service in the proposed lounge, while friendly, was very slow. At one moment, I came a bit later than my wive and the waitress gave me the menu and never came back. By the time they served my wife she never enquired if I wanted something... I wanted to order a desert and a sandwich... never happened.

We loved the daily breakfast buffet especially the Portuguese lady in charge who brought extra sunshine to the table every morning. Their Tomme cheese and seasonal tomatoes were exceptionally yummy and I still dream about them! Our Suite was wonderful with plenty of space, great panoramic mountain views and the sound of the little goats with their little bells at the back were a pleasure to wake up with every morning. The restaurant gastronomic menu was well worth the astronomical price. Antoine and Andrea were terrific hosts at the reception, never failing to smile and be genuinely friendly and interested in how your day was or eager to advise where best to go. Camille and her lovely colleague were both magical and a real asset to their Spa! The treatment room, the dreamy treatment bed was just wonderful for my arthritic body and their hands pure heaven! They both went up and above what was expected from them and sooooo lovely! I hope we can return just so I can have treatments with them again! The undercover car park as also vey practical. It was out first time to this region of Switzerland and we hope to be fortunate enough to one day go back. PS: we hesitated between this hotel and Huus in nearby Saanen but we were SO happy to have chosen to stay here, no comparison and a completely different market.

The lack of variety on the room service and bar menu

We had a penthouse suite which was very comfortable and lovely view. Hotel lobby restaurant/bar is super cozy. Had a massage and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely decor. Just a wonderful stay all around

Its VERY minor details but the room could do with a full length mirror in the bedroom and some more shelf options in the bathroom, again very minor and only feedback for the hotel.

This intimate five star boutique hotel in the authentic and historic village of Rougement embraces you and make you feel at home.Has seen as you turn off the main road it sits there majestically drawing you like a magnet. It is understated elegance but at the same time informal and by no means pretentious. The enclosed complimentary parking is a bonus The deluxe rooms with balconies have a direct mountain view and are well equipped with all the amenities and facilities as well as spacious with plenty of storage.Importantly particularly after a day of skiing you know there is a high quality mattress awaiting your nights sleep. The breakfast is exceptional with many local products and fresh juices The service at all levels is exceptional - engaging friendly yet professional The space can be booked but invariably not all with a range of massage jets in the pool with an accompanying hammam and sauna. The only suggestion I would have is to up the water temperature from 30.5 to 32 *C The lounge area is expansive with comfortable sofa and floor to ceiling glass to 😁provide the best panorama

fantastic mountain lodge in one of Switzerland’s most beautiful villages. modern wooden chalet with huge but cozy lounge, great bar, very friendly staff and nice spa/gym/pool amenities. nice, modern rooms, great view of the mountains overlooking the village. ideal place for a weekend chilled getaway. Highly recommended for couples. bonus: dogs are accepted!

Pool is not that big.

the hotel is very clean and has a modern style interior, everything was up to date , location although not in gstaad but was nice and quiet, the room was looking the mountain and train station , all room amenities was great , we didn’t think that the designer forgot one thing of the guest needs to be there . it was amazing. and regarding the staff I really think they deserve 10/10 for their welcoming attitude and smiling faces all day and night , always will to help . room service was also very quick.

I hoped if the hotel was a little more near to gstaad, but it wasn’t that bad ( 15 minutes by car). They only have one restaurant. breakfast was limited and hope if they have more hot options. other than that I would call it a five star hotel.
