Wonderful hotel all round; amazing location, fantastic staff, great food (both in the restaurant and at the breakfast buffet), and awesome facilities. The spa, sauna and fitness room are all really well-equipped and make for a great wellness centre. There's lots of attention to the details, and it adds up!

Lose the cheesy Radio Swisscom music playing everywhere (in the lobby, in the lift, in the restaurant, in the sauna lobby..) - it makes the place feel like a supermarket rather than a premium hotel.

Dinner was very good and staff exceptionally helpful across the hotel from reception to housekeeping to restaurant team.

No issues with this hotel to complain about, other than the streaming option to TV is a bit clunky - Last time I stayed it did not work at all, this time it took several attempts before linking. I do this a lot at various hotels and this system is the least user friendly...But at least it is on offer, so no real complaints! An Iron and Ironing board in the cupboards would be helpful for a late check-in... but if you ask at reception before the night porter is covering, they will provide on quickly.

Located directly on the lake was a beautiful setting and a 10 minute drive inland to family members was ideal. Parking outside the hotel or underground was excellent. The room facilities were great for clothes storage as we were staying 5 nights. Great bathroom and shower with robes and footwear. Breakfast offered many choices so was perfect on all aspects. Excellent spa facility.

I had trouble sleeping on the huge bed so never really got a good nights sleep but can’t say for sure it was the mattress. Food in the restaurant was expensive and a limited choice. My wife had mussels one night and I would rate the meal as poor, mussels were tiny. We ate twice there and outside the hotel for the other nights.

Hotel Dinner was great - Staff brilliant and super helpful.

No Iron or Ironing board in hotel room...took 20 minutes to get one from reception and Iron Only no ironing board. Difficult to travel for business without having to re-iron clothes before meetings The TV casting facility did not work. I could hook up to the rooms dedicted wifi network, but the casting facility (using Chromecast) was not functional. I am pretty good at this sort of hook-up and use it all the time in many hotels, so I think it was a genuine problem with the functionality of the hardware.

We had such an excellent stay at the hotel. Very kind and helpful reception. Outstanding spa. Excellent gym. Really nice and comfortable room, with a nice terrasse. Wifi excellent. Lunch and dinner was excellent, both the location/tables and the food. We loved the different outdoor areas. We loved our dinner food. We loved the bar areas and the bar food. We loved the pier. We loved the area. We would love to come back and stay longer.

The service in the bar could definitely have been better. The disappointed us several times, not keeping agreements and promises. My wife felt somewhat badly treated. The breakfast was somewhat disappointing in quality, selection and presentation. That was not we had expected. The service at the restaurant was also a bit disappointing in several aspects. My wife had two negative experiences with two different waiters, during lunch and dinner.

The location was wonderful, there are no beaches, but you can get in the water through docks with stairs. The lake is so clear! Unfortunately, we were in one of the few rooms with no balcony and no view. There was construction going on a property a few houses away so this woke us up if we had the window open. There are lots of jogging/walking trails and places to chill by the water. It's worth the expense for a special occasion as a middle-class person, it is on the very expensive side. For the two nights, we stayed there, we did feel like royalty.

Exceptional location directly at the lake; nice rooms and great facilities; very friendly, professional and supportive staff. We could use the pier for a large chartered boat; the receptionists were very flexible handling our crowd offering drinks etc. I am very satisfied - well done!

I would need to think hard so better stay quiet here.

Staff is very friendly and client oriented. Everything is very professional and luxurious. We had a wedding and they organized it in the best way. SPA is good and the room is amazing.

It is a wonderful hotel, very nicely located on the lake Constance's shore. It has great facilities: spa, sauna, pool...

It is not that I didn't like. It is a matter of suggesting some ideas. 1. Maybe the facilities could be open for a little longer. 2. Maybe there could be a pool bar. 3. Maybe breakfast could be a bit improved - more diversity.

Location is a dream - right by the lake. The spa, hot tub and private lake access were fantastic. All staff were very friendly and the bike parking is superb (separate area in parking garage, with locked door). The room was generally comfortable, and the views over the lake are simply amazing. Very relaxing.

Very expensive, you pay well for the luxury. Restaurant was fully booked (staff did recommend booking), and the staff treated me like a problem when I asked if there was a free table for one. The bar menu is limited. Full down duvets and pillows in the middle of summer? Worst pillow of my trip - had a terrible nights sleep. My room was overlooking the road which is loud, and the rooms can be quite warm.
