The view to the lake, an early morning swim in the lake, the terrace and the friendliness (also to our kids) of part of the personnel. The hotel is located next to a bar where a dj was playing music until 10:30 pm (nice music!)

The hotel is located very close to a busy road. The lady at the reception really was not friendly. We found the price for the family room quite high for what you get.

Breakfast was great. It had everything for a nice Buffet breakfast. Dinner was very good too. And the staff were super friendly and helpful The location was close to an entrance to the bike trail which we thoroughly enjoyed biking on. Also the hotel sits right on the shore of the lake with lovely views

Two things we didn’t like were the fist night we had trouble getting to sleep before 1AM because of the loud music and conversation from the bar next door. The next night was better. The other thing was the toilet under the restaurant was a bit smelly though the one in our room was fine

The rooms were large and spacious compared to what we found in Europe. we ate dinner at the restaurant as well as breakfast in the food was great. they had a lovely view of the lake. The staff was very accommodating and informative

Stayed for one night, as I had to catch a flight the next morning at 6am at Altenrhein Airport. Didn't really check the hotel before booking (only chose as it is in walking distance to the small airport). I was pleasantly surprised with the room size, cleanliness and atmosphere.

Couldn’t work tv, no tea and coffee facilities, o double bed. and had to make bed ourselves

The location was on the shores of the lake. The bed was comfortable. Parking across the road.

The first night our Aircon did not work there were not staff to rectify. I had been sent a message in the afternoon informing me no one would be available if we had a late arrival. When I discussed our Aircon the next morning I was Informed they were only a 3* hotel. Very rude and not professional customer service. I was expecting Aircon as this had been part of the facilities. If I had known I would not have booked this hotel. I was advised that a portable Aircon unit would be provided for our second night. Very old hotel and in need of refurbishment. The restaurant appears to have all the money spend on refurbishments. The is no lift , if you have heavy luggage you will struggle to get up lots of stairs.
