Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel was lovely, rooms very spacious and clean, excellent value for money. Excellent stay with our dog. Staff very helpful with parking. Very impressed for the price.

Not a huge issue (and wouldn’t stop me from staying again) but there are only a limited number of parking spaces at the hotel (I think 10) which are first come first served. We got the last space but this meant we were reluctant to take our car out again incase we lost it. However the staff explained that there is a public car park opposite which is quite spacious, but does charge. Might be better to allow guests to reserve a space so that they know they are guaranteed a space for the duration of the stay.

Breakfastbuffe with excellent bread/rolls and excellent Swiss cheeses & salami and much more ! Room with mountainview on the upper floor and very god bed. Free Davos/Klosters Premium Card with free bus/train in/between Klosters and Davos and much more !

Breakfastbuffe is small and with no boiled eggs and no Swiss Kirschmarmelade (cherry jam). No elevator and no Fridge in the room.

Hotel is very close to the train station and bus stop, (few minutes walk) so pretty convenient for getting to the other ski areas. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Don't expect modern rooms, but it had everything we needed, good size and it was all super clean. Breakfast was great and had lots of variety.

Nothing to complain, but if you're mainly going to ski in davos-klosters, you might want to consider a different location (klosters-platz). Then it's only a few minutes on the bus/train, that drops you off right at the gondola so really not a big thing.

The hotel is nicely situated with a view of Zurich and the lake. The single room was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast choice was great and the staff very friendly.

The temperature in the breakfast room was too cold.

Very cozy, well located, comfortable, good breakfast and excellent staff. Walking distance to Madrisa lift, Kloster Dorf Train Station and Bus Stop.

The bed is very comfy. The hotel is well-equiped and easy for family with children, as we have rooms with connection door. Breakfast gives what you need.

Only the window of hotel is not double-glass, so we heard cars drived on the street.

The apartment was in a perfect location with parking available onsite. The ski room was right outside the apartment and we had a short walk to the Madrisa gondola or bus stop. We ate breakfast at the hotel but loved that we could cook dinner in the evenings on our own. I would definitely choose to stay here again if going to Klosters.

The apartment could use a few more cooking utensils. The hotel took the necessary precautions during covid times so we could still have breakfast in the restaurant but some guests confused the new fork/spoons container with the container for the used ones. The staff quickly took care of it but it happened multiple days so perhaps better signage or a different setup should be considered.

Not luxurious but comfortable and a good price. Very close to Madrisa lift. On the main road so bus is also close. Breakfast was good (especially the homemade Bircher muesli and jams. Beds seems new and were comfortable- comforter was also very fluffy and comfortable. They had soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Staff was friendly. Stayed twice during corona restrictions. You could order food or do takeaway and could be eat it in the restaurant. You could also do self service on drinks (including wine and beer) - nice! Or bring your own.

Parking is 10 CHF extra. Not a big deal but just good to know. The parking lot isn’t very big. There are usually two cars that have to park behind one another so may have to move yours if the other person needs to get out. There is not an elevator/lift. This was not a negative at all for us but good to know in case it is important for you.
