I love this place, it is the 3rd time we come, perfect for family trips. Spaces are big in common areas to reunite, rooms for families of 5 available, great views to the mountains. Pool is large and nice after a day of ski. Location is great close to the slopes. The new outdoor pool is really nice, pity that kids cannot enjoy it too.

The staff at the restaurant is not nice, specially a gentleman that has no polite communication. In 2 of our 3 experiences in this hotel we were moved to other tables in a not respectful way, not tolerable. They are strict with timetables, they start removing all food from breakfast at 10 am, there is no flexibility and going with kids is not always easy. Dinner buffet is ok but expensive, not much variety. We found better ordering pizzas and having dinner in the picnic area in the lobby. Also, almost 30 min waiting in the reception for checking in, I guess because of rush hour. The rest very good.

This is a very nice hotel in a lovely location in Leysin. We enjoyed the stay a lot - nice reception, good pool and a bar with a big fire place. Parking was easy and the view from the hotel was gorgeous. Value for money was good and the breakfast was included. Also easy to walk down to the village - can highly recommend Le Leysin restaurant - superb service and excellent food.

Think the room need some updating - good beds and clean but slightly dated. Breakfast at the first day was amazing - we came slightly late but the buffet was still full and they let us have breakfast - the more disappointing was the second day as we were there earlier but buffet was half empty ... shame but the hotel got much busier.

The place is so cosy and welcoming. Easily accessible close to the station and lots of parking. I was there to relax and hike it was perfect for both. I loved my room and the views are amazing. The staff are really friendly and helpful the breakfast was fantastic. I made use of the spa which was lovely the swimming pool and jacuzzi both with a view of the mountains is just wonderful. Plenty of places to relax and have a drink a real gem I'll definitely go back.

The decor is a little dated but wonderfully rustic. It needs a little tlc here and there but that absolutely takes nothing from the wonderful ambience.

The hotel is really nice. The pool, sauna, the location. The new spa for 16+ is really great. The staff is super.

Please add some variety for breakfast. We were there for multiple years and the breakfast is every day and every year the same. Please add the minimal kitchen equipment in the apartment: a ladle, a swiss Power Adapter for your electric cattle with EU plug

Well organised, very clean, great swimming pool and spa, beautiful breakfast, spatious apartment with great mountain views. Lovely entertainment with table tennis, pool table, cinema.

We didn’t benefit from the discounts for ski rentals and ski passes because we didn’t see the leaflets on the counter. It would be nice to tell the customers at reception.

The SPA is wonderful, the restaurant is very good and convenient, the staff is mega helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a couple of meters from skii lift

Pool nice, We stayed in apartments which were comfortable and well-appointed. Nice balcony with a view over the valley to mountains beyond.

Although the apartment was nice, with quality furniture & fixtures and large rooms, some things could improve the experience like hooks to hang coats etc (there were NONE), only one mirror which was in the bathroom, very poor lighting in bathroom.

Amazing views, delicious and varied breakfast. Comfortable beds and bedding. The staff were brilliant, so helpful & friendly, Mike was a star!

New years banquet was very overpriced and not very much choice for children

They should provide a kettle and some tea packs in room otherwise everything is good

I really enjoyed the coziness of the place, the breakfast and indoor pool and spa where amazing.

There was a few little thing that were broken in our hotel, bed and bedding was more like camping style and not a hotel.
