Perfect location the bus stop in front of the hotel and there are 3 bus lines pass at this stop so no need to plan the time to catch the bus, waiting time is no longer than 7 minutes. The staffs were really nice. The view is beautiful. walking to the center is about 5 minutes. Breakfast is great.
The laundry is free which is great but there are 3 machines and only one was actually working.

loved the breakfast, coissants and cheeses and the youth liked the delicious cheese burgers for dinner ! The Roesti were also excellent !
the intenet /connectiivity in my room was unstable ( room 103 left room of the appartment)

Great location, amazing breakfast, cozy bar/lounge/restaurant area, friendly staff. The hotel is close to the town center, restaurants, thermal bath, shops and train station. Easy access to the ski lifts.
We were staying in room 102, very close to the reception and restaurant/kitchen, it got loud from time to time, especially bothering late at night and early in the morning… I would recommend staying away from rooms 101, 102 and 103. Parking is available but expensive, 25frs per night. The delicious breakfast was missing scrambled or fried eggs (only boiled eggs available)

Great location, super nice atmosphere and surroundings. I brought a dog with me, a bowl for him was already in the room when we arrived and he was allowed to come with me for breakfast.
The only thing missing is a fireplace in the lounge area

Beautifully designed hotel with wonderful lounge and breakfast, walk to the slopes and on the bus line so you can reach it by public transport easily. The room was comfortable and very cozy. The staff were very kind and helpful. Loved my stay!

Breakfast, especially the big chocolate croissants (pain au chocolat) in a very relaxed space with big windows and views of the garden, comfortable bed, great view from my room window which I requested, and excellent hospitality, thoughtfulness and friendly nature of both Reyna and Sebastien!
Small things such as no kettle in the room but Reyna went out of her way to find me an electric kettle!
