Well located, just a few minutes walk to either of the two lift stations. We ate dinner (four courses) a couple of nights, which was very successful - my son, who is usually very picky ate everything. Nice breakfast. Clean rooms. Particularly liked that there's a couple of communal lounge areas so we had friends who were staying elsewhere come round. Staff were helpful.

Everything was just perfect. Very friendly, helpful staff. Cozy room that at first was a little bit on a colder side, so we were given a heater that fixed the issue. The breakfast was just magnificent. The location is five minute walk from the Alpine Express lift.

Wasn't able to identify any flaws

This was our second time at the one of the Ambiente hotels and once again we had a great time. The staff are amazing, super helpful and really make us feel at home. The location of the hotel couldn't be any better, right next to the lifts and main area, with lots of restaurants and shops around. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The breakfast and dinner here are great, and with a very good price. There is also free pick-up service from the bus station or carpark. We will be back next year!

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very close to the arrival of the ski slopes and the heart of the village. Still, the surroundings for the hotel are quite calm and quiet. The breakfast was very good, with a healthy supply of coffee made available.

The hotel is not recent, so there is some noise from room to room, but during our stay the guests were calm, so no issues or disturbences.

Great breakfast and great location for town and for the slopes. All walkable. Had a great dinner there the first night. Very reasonable price.

The hotel is in one of the best areas of Saas Fee, just a few minutes from the slopes and the main street with restaurants and bars. Our room was in the top floor, so really quiet, and with a good view of the surrounding mountains

The room was a bit too warm when we first arrived, we had to open the window and turn off the heater. The pillow was a bit too soft, but some people may like it

The lady who checked us in on the first day went out of her way to make us comfortable - we had a welcome drink, a room upgrade and she was very warm and friendly!

Perfect location for skiing - just next to the Alpin Express 1. Super friendly staff. Good choice for the breakfast, comfortable bed and clean room. What else would you need for a skiing weekend

The wall are thin so we could hear the neighbors. It was not very pleasant.
