Location is great - right next to parking and a little off the beaten path but still close to everything. The balcony was great - gave the room more space and felt more connected to the wonderful natural surroundings. Hosts were extremely welcoming. Breakfast had a lot of variety, including meats, cheeses, sweets, fruit, yogurt, granola, espresso/cappuccino/hot choc machine. Overall, a great value.

Exceptional value for money: good amenities, very nice breakfast, friendly owners. Location: very close to the bus terminal and the parking, yet very quiet in the evening. 10 minutes walk to the village center or the lifts.

The hotel is on the simpler side and my room was quite small. I was very happy, but do not expect any luxury.

Very convenient location. It's very close to the parking garage and also to the bus stop. And it's still quiet at night. The owners are very friendly and helpful with their advice. Breakfast is great, with fruit, croissants, bread, cheese, omelet, eggs, sausages, all you can ask for 😀.

The couple who manage this property are amazing. They bend over backwards to make use you enjoy your stay. The rooms were very very clean! The breakfast is amazing, and yet again the management goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you could want.

The air is soooo dry in winter. Prepair for a nose bleed. Not sure if the hotel could invest in a humidifier?

The hosts were lovely and accommodating. The room was comfortable and the spa was a nice bonus after a day of skiing. Even with our language barrier, we were able to communicate and form a sweet bond with the hosts.

The host did a lot to make us feel good, the property is 5 min walking from the city parking and the buss station, close by the main street of the city with shops and restaurants.

A bit outdated but clean and warm

We really enjoyed our experience in this hotel and can totally recommend it, especially considering the price - one of the lowest in Saas Fee. What we loved the most: - everything is sparkling clean - Spacious cosy room with a balcony - quiet area and at the same time 2 min walk to the center. - next to the parking, so it is close to bring the luggage and at the same time surrounded by trees - The sauna. It is just great! and free. If you have a covid certificate, you can book it and enjoy for half an hour only for yourself. This made our evening - Friendly and helpful reception.

Hard to communicate as they didn’t speak English and I didn’t speak German but we made it work :)

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean. Sauna/spa was great after skiing. Views from the balcony was very good. Good location, 10 mins walk from the lift but very quiet and peaceful, close to the bus station/car park. Excellent ski depot with boot dryers free of charge, v close to ski lift.

Mattress/pillows were too soft for me, obviously personal preference.

The hotel staff were exceptional! The location is just a two minute walk from the parking lot. I was traveling alone and felt very safe. What a location!
