Excellent value vs the high priced properties in Saas Fee. It was a couple of minutes to the bus stop and the ride to Saas Fee was 5 mins. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and the restaurant food was nice.
The lights in the rooms could be better for reading and more pillows would be welcome.

The staff were very friendly and helpful No problems with the dogs, even with the snow. Everything you would expect from a Swiss breakfast. Set evening meal was great value for money. We would defiantly stay again
No kettle in the room. Shower could have been more powerful. Everything else was great.

Very nice place, few minutes away from Saas-Fee. Big comfortable rooms, rich breakfast included. Restaurant onsite available for dinner. Super friendly owner.

Not Saas-Fee, but good location with easy bus access in Saas-Grund. Staff very helpful and kind. They went the extra mile. Place was clean.

The staff were brilliant from start to finish. I had to leave very early (6am) and they went over the top to prepare a very generous breakfast on a tray so I could eat in my room before normal breakfast hours. The location is excellent at the centre of Saas-Grund, just a minute from the main bus stop. The restaurant was very welcoming and popular, a pleasant place to spend the evening.

The staff is super. Swiss quality on reasonable prices. The restaurant is good value for money. The location is superb. Good alternatif for all those expensive hotels in Saas-Fee. You can ask for HB too! In the breakfast is bacon-eggs included, but you have to ask for it.

Staff were extremely welcoming. Food was excellent and the manager went to extra lengths to arrange a late lunch for us. Lovely family atmosphere in the restaurant amd food quality was exceptional.
