The room was very large and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and kind enough to store my luggage for a couple of days, when I went for a cycling trip. Location is great, since it's a walking distance to the train station and to the Giant bike shop (in case you're planning to rent a bicycle) and there's plenty of supermarkets stores around.

Walking distance from Hualien station, owner was very responsive and helpful in arranging a private hire car for our day exploration. Clean bedsheets, comfortable beds, instant hot/cold drinking water and hot water for shower available.
Would be great to have more hangers

The owner of this place is super friendly and kind! The room is also extremely big and very practical and clean. Overall I would recommend staying here when visiting Hualien!
We were only a bit disappointed by the view out of the window, as it was written that the room should have a city- and mountain-view, but we could only look at the fassade of the opposite house (I guess it's better on the 3rd floor, but we were on the 2nd). Except for that, all was good.
