Very quiet hotel. Comfy bed. Very clean & easy to get to public transport. Walk to the weekend market close by. Nice spacious lobby area to sit and read.

One thing that bugged us was the lack of a door into the general bathroom room area. Two cubicles one toilet and one shower had doors. But the wash basin area was open and so no privacy if you want to shave or brush your teeth without disturbing your room mate. Also our room looked into a central atrium, so no real window. And no net curtain, so if you didn't draw the main curtains every other room in the atrium could watch you get dressed etc.

From our twin room on the 7th floor, we could see the bridge/harbor very well. :-))) We could see the tram running too. The location was fantastic,: It was right next to the tram station (the green line). Unfortunately, we didn't know it so we walked and walked and walked for about 25 minutes from the Red line station!@!%! (But on the good side we could see the town with lots of contempotary art, reminding us of Rotterdam). The staff were also very accommodating and efficient--with good English. Good breakfast, too.

1. The (same-everyday) breakfast buffet at 6:30 and ended at 9:30--was a little too early for me. 2. The big point for us was that we couldn't find any decent & reasonably-priced restaurants nearby at all. The ones across the movable bridge were rather expensive and not tasty. :-((

The address is very close to the DaYi Station of the Light Rail, near the parking lot, with cheap overnight fees, making it suitable for visiting Pier-2 Art Center or Hamasen area. Nice for family trip.

Breakfast options are limited, especially in the vegetable category. Additionally, prices at Harbour View are relatively high, and there is a tendency for overheating due to western exposure. The stairs at the entrance are also steeper.

The view from the room onto the harbor is amazing! To warehouses C6-11 it's a one minute walk, so is the Dayi 2 station of the Light Rail train. U-bikes are also next door (we took them to go to the metro station since our feet hurt after a week strolling through Taipei). The bathroom has a very convenient lay-out with the shower and toilet behind doors. It was our first experience with a shower toilet :-) Breakfast is oke, salad bar is nice.

The breakfast lady is very strict as are the breakfast hours: at 9:30 breakfast is over, done with, everything is gone.

The hotel offers a beautiful view to the harbor and the city. We enjoyed watching the fireworks a lot during New Year's Eve. Everything was very clean. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and goes the extra mile for you, especially the receptionist was outstandingly willing to help us with our needs. They speak very good English.

Really loved this hotel. Such a great location and very clean and nice rooms. Very spacious and comfortable. Liked it so much we stayed an extra night. Worth paying extra and getting a room with a window. We had a baby and she had lots of room to pay in the room.

Central location to attraction.

Carpet, some areas of the wall cabinet need to clean up. During my second day of stay. The cleaner had left their dirty cleaning towel on top the cabinet beside tray where we placed our cups for refreshments.😌

Front desk is not very helpful…. The date we checked in was raining, we are 4 adults and 3 kids with many luggages but no one come come to help…. I have to ask the trolley myself…. I think the business hotel is not very well train at this part….

The quality of the bed and pillow are so good. I have very good sleep, amazing

Breakfast is very bad. I know I should not expect much for buffet style of breakfast, but even hard boiled egg are disgusting. Only cereal and milk are normal standard, not delicious at all.

Great location. Close to Pier 2, close to the Gushan ferry, and youbikes are right outside the entrance. Friendly staff. Good standard room amenities. Clean, large rooms with amazing housekeeping staff.

The patio-view rooms don't have an opening window, nor much of a patio view, but they are the perfect value for the cost. The harbor-view rooms are stunning though.
