Very friendly staff and a great hotel. Across the street from the subway, so it was very convenient. The room was great with a lovely view over the city and one of the nicest hotel bathrooms I've ever had. The breakfast buffet featured many choices, both European/American and Asian. Many items are also available cooked to order.

One small quibble: If I booked a triple room for three people and it includes breakfast, I assume the breakfast is for three people, not two people. I also wish a room of that size would have shelving/drawers for clothing. There was a hanging bar with a few hangers, but really no good place to put folded clothing, especially for multiple people.

From a welcome to the check out - everything was fantastic. Check in very smooth. We were there a bit early, so we had an option to wait at the cafe or explore the city. By the time we've returned, our rooms were ready. They are spacious, plenty of room to dance if you want to. The king bed was very comfortable and the bedding soft and luxurious. There was a Nespresso coffee maker as well. The bar fridge was stocked with some soft drinks - and they were free!!! The bathroom was big as well, with separate bath with a view over the city. We were on the 12th floor and the room was very quiet.

Interior layout and design of the hotel is unique. There’s the coffee making machine to brew good coffee. The designer put in a lot of effort in understanding the needs of the customer. It’s not the usual hotel room to “just sleep”. I am extremely impressed by the patience and friendliness of the staff. We were greeted and served by hotel staff waitresses whilst having buffet breakfast.

Lobby area is not as spacious and grand like some other hotels.

Nothing, We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay there again should we visit Kaohsiung again in the future.

Staffs are very supportive on every question that we have. Room is not spacious but it's cozy with everything we need: beds, desk, sofa, a big bathroom and windows to see the central park.

No parking lot in the hotel and you have to park at parking lots that signed contract with the hotel at 1 or 2 mins walks away. If you really need to have your car parked nearby, they also have parking service for you and you have to leave your key at the front desk. It's an alternative as well.

This is my first experience with an IHG hotel, which was very impressive. This hotel is located next to the MRT station making it very convenient. There are floor to ceiling windows on all outward facing walls which made the small room seem airy and bright as well as providing an impressive view. The shower was relaxing, hot water and water pressure was excellent. Breakfast was great with both western and Taiwanese selections as well as made to order dishes with slight variation on the two days we stayed. Rooftop bar had great ambiance and a great view. Drinks were a bit pricier but were excellent, well worth the money. The staff were very friendly and helpful addressing us by name and remembering our preferences. Highly recommended!

The property is clean, beds are comfortable and rooms are large enough. The location looks onto the park with a funky neighborhood behind. If walking towards Sogo, take the alley instead of the Main Street for cool shops.

This is good area to travel and surrounding by restaurants and bars. You can easily go to anywhere. Very nice staff to help you. Clean room and large bed are impressive. Fantastic design and good facilities in room.

The service is good. The sky bar is awesome and I love the atmosphere. The food was nice as well. Almost all the staff showed the great hospitality.

No parking lot in this hotel. It is inconvenient that travellers should walk to the hotel and carry their belongs although the distance is not far.
