Great staff! Helpful, kind and pleasant 🫰 Solid Breakfast, but gotta descend steep stairs to the basement. Afternooon also has complementary food: Steamed buns, ice cream, fresh popcorn and instant noodles, plus coffee, tea and juice. I think this hotel is a good value when including breakfast. Checkout is late: 12-Noon, so that is a plus! Our triple room, overlooking the main street was quiet and spacious with a large bathroom. TV only has one English language chanel: HBO. The hotel is a few blocks from the MRT and there are nearby bus lines. If you're happy to walk this is good location.

So. One troubling issue is that this is also a short time hotel. And sometimes, certain rooms will have obnoxious Anime sex noises. And during our stay, we observed working women and clients filter through the lobby. Whatever. Just be warned.

- Breakfast is a Taiwanese-style buffet, which is very impressive. The taste is so good, and it can be felt like a local breakfast. The bathroom in the room is quite big and clean. - Some staff can understand and communicate in English, some cannot but are trying to help by using the translation applications. - The 24-hour snack and drink lounge is very good.

- The room wall is quite thin, so you can here the noise from other rooms, especially at night. - The room is a little bit small. I booked the room for one (only me), but this room is definitely for two paxs. So, if there are two people in the room, it is quite small. - The entire room looks clean, but at the corner or under the table, there are some dusts. It should be clean more if it is possible.

The M Hotel exceeded expectations! The hotel was a relatively cheap options as compared to others in the vicinity and we were so happy that we chose it. They upgraded us from their smallest room to one up and they even offered us 2 bowls of cup noodles. The staff were really friendly and warm and reception is there 24/7 so you can really go to them for anything. The breakfast was simple traditional food, with mostly vegetarian options. The real plus was a 24/7 snack bar which had a coffee machine and free ice cream! Overall, would really recommend this place for its clean rooms, great staff and budget friendly pricing.

Room was modern and the daily breakfast was an excellent buffet style brunch with fresh cooked local foods and many, many choices all included.

Unfortunately, the was a smoker (not allowed in the hotel) on the floor, but the excellent staff took immediate action and put special air cleaners on the floor and the smoke cleared up immediately. We called it in and the problem was fixed immediately.

Customer service 10/10. Very detailed and sincere. Does offer free parking, but need to walk a distance. Along the way, you will passby 7-eleven. Can go and buy food and drinks at the same time. At the lobby, the hotel did provide free drinks/ice cream/ pudding and a coffee machine which have hot chocolate as an option. Recommended all to try if you are planning to stay at the area.

Bathroom is big, but hopefully there is bathtub provided.

Our stay later 4 days because it coincided with a typhoon. The staffs went to great lengths making sure our stay was comfortable, there's never shortage of food with the pantry being freely accessible by all guests. Bikers friendly. Hotel also provide bicycles for your explorations of the city for free! Healthy breakfast buffet!

For my stay in Kaohsiung, this hotel was pretty great for me. Just a few blocks from the rapid transit which allowed me to go to different parts of the city. Easy walking distance from some very nice restaurants. Easy taxi to and from the High Speed Train station. The front desk staff were very welcoming. I would certainly stay in this hotel again.

Free breakfast was tasty. Reception was friendly and helpful and gave us free instant noodles for our stay. Parking included nearby.

We stayed on the 3rd floor, and the window of the room faced the street. Noise and light from the street was pretty constant throughout the night. Would be helpful if there were more blackout blinds and sound proofing.

Big bathroom with powerful hot shower. The bed was big and soft. Choosing between cushions. Great choices for breakfast and many things to use for free. Super helpfull staff. Great location, youbike in front of the street. Free parking nearby. And all for a very friendly price!

The room isn't spacious. The bed for 2 was made of 2 beds putting together, with seperate blankets. Although we didn't mind, but if you prefer different, i'm sure it is no problem to ask.

the breakfast has many options, but not international. I would maybe add fruits, muesli or yoghurt
