Friendly staff gave us a 7th floor with back-view balcony. AC was strong, good hot shower, clean sheets. Free salty snacks and coffee machine at lobby. Good location w nearby history museum, nice long beautiful riverwalk park, nearby Carrefour and PX Mart stores for groceries. About 15 min walk to nearest Cianjin MRT station. Interesting neighbourhoods all around - Scientology church, Church of Latter-day Saints etc. - good for quiet summertime late-nite strolls. It was a good three day stay.

Fridge not working, so only warm six-packs. ;-) Room was a little small, so had to wiggle around each other. No breakfast option, had to scrounge around a little, or prepare own toast and jam. A general caveat (not related to the hotel) but not restricted solely to Kaohsiung alone - the public buses tended to be a fluid, haphazardly hit-or-miss affair. In our experience Google Maps is not an accurate representation of up-to-date info in this case, both in terms of scheduling or route path. Advice is to use the train systems whenever possible, or you might be wasting precious times for buses that never come.

Location and convenience. Walking distance to Cianji MRT (#4 orange line). 7 eleven convenience store next door. Walking distance to supermarket - Carefour. Street food and night market nearby. Room looks new and clean. So also the bathroom. Comfortable twin beds

Wish they would install a wall mounted towel rack in every bathroom so one could put one clothes on the towel rack instead of hanging them over the top of the shower screen.

Excellent location, 5-10 minutes on foot from the MRT. Quick responses when I informed them I would be arriving late. Great climate control, very important for such a hot and humid city.

Check in was a little bit difficult as the receptionist had trouble with spoken english. Check out was quick and painless though.

I really, really liked staying here and was SO convenient as I was studying just across the road. Would certainly stay again.

Location is quite near a MRT. It is also quite near a night market. Lodging is great (standard fare) for approx 600NTD a night. Room big enough for 2 to open a large suitcase

No place to hang towels or clothes in the bathroom

After a complaint ( smell of smoking ) the staff understood well and gave us a better room and we extended our stay The staff is very friendly and helpful

In my room(307), the glass door of the shower room couldn't close completely (magnet malfunction). Also, the edge of the glass door will scratch the toilet while opening and closing.
