The room is clean. For a room for 4pax, the room is spacious, the sink is separated from the toilet and this makes it convenient for us, as we take turns to use the toilet. The hair dryer was powerful. the room has a small balcony with a view towards the public carpark lot opposite. During our stay. the surrounding is quiet and peaceful. there are two 7-11 nearby. the hotel is new and nice. there is very few restaurant available nearby. we were provided with the mosquito repellent vaporiser in the room. Breakfast was a platter with sausage, bread, salad eggs etc, with a coffee machine and yakult available at the ground floor. There is additional seating space on 2nd floor. The hotel makes us feel safe and comfortable for our stay. The lady at the hotel is very friendly.

This is a super cute, tiny (5 rooms!) boutique hotel in Sun Moon Lake's main town of Shuishe. It's right in the middle of the town, so walking to everything is SUPER easy and quick, including to restaurants, the pier, bike rentals, and the bike/walking paths. The owners/staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and each room is really beautifully decorated and designed. We LOVED our room on the second floor that had a balcony (there's only one). We also stayed on the 3rd floor in the back room, which was very nice, but had no balcony. Also flagging that the beds in this latter room are on a raised floor platform (Japanese style), which is pretty but also a bit tricky for anyone who has knee issues or trouble getting up/down from low places (which was true in our case). The rooms all have mini fridges, kettles, and snacks. The shower/bathroom is excellent. The breakfast is nice and can be customized a bit, as needed. The hotel is across the street from a parking lot, so it doesn't have a great view of the water. But we didn't really mind this at all, since the pier/lake was just a quick 5-mins walk away, and we had great access to all of the town's amenities from the location. The hotel is very new, clean, quiet, bright, and welcoming. There's a little downstairs + upstairs lounge area for reading, relaxing, and tea drinking. Highly recommend!

The town of Shuishe itself is a bit crowded and noisy, especially during the day with all of the traffic and tourbuses. If you can, suggest coming on a weekday to try to avoid some of this.

The time in the B&B was wonderful! Apart from the very modern, spacious and clean room with the nice view, we enjoyed a very diverse and healthy breakfast in the morning. Moreover, the hotel gives offers some discount for bike renting which was also very helpful. I can only recommend this place and I would book it for sure again.

The breakfast was healthy and delicious, totally exceeded my expectations in this area. The cook was really nice to come out and offer us extra toasted sweet bread. The bathroom toilet and shower area is very clean, I felt comfortable to use the bidet. The bed was also softer than some other airbnb's we tried, and the pillows and blanket were super comfortable. We liked the shark stuffed animal and small eating table beside the bed. The AC was very good too. Next time, we would like to upgrade to a higher end room.

All the towels in the room were crusty and hard.

Breakfast starts at 8am but host has to cook lots of breakfast so many guests had to wait 20-30 min to get breakfast. Ok if you are not in a hurry but not good if you have to catch the bus.

The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located. The staff was very helpful on arrival, they were able to hold our luggage until checkin and gave us some great recommendations for things to do while we were there. We only stayed one night but I would recommend staying longer as the hotel is really clean and comfortable and there is plenty to do in the area.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Honestly it’s more like a 4 star hotel. The host is the sweetiest lady, she’s like your favourite aunt. Always smiling, always ready to help you. She can barely speak English but she runs the whole place on her own. I loved this hotel. Thank you

Location was right next to the main bus station. The quad room was really great, spacious, and the bathroom was so amazing haha. We stayed in different places all over Taiwan but this room was probably the best among all! The B&B is so beautifully designed and looked brand new. Breakfast was also delicious and nutritious, and drinks like coffee, ruby red 18 tea (the famous tea) and other things were free to be tried. Staff were also friendly

Great staff! Love the home cook breakfast and huge room! Hotel offer bicycle rentals and cruise tickets which is a plus!

As coming from the bus station, will need to walk down a flight of stairs which is hard with luggage. but overall still great location cause it’s next to the bus station.

Spacious, comfortable and modern rooms. Breakfast is delicious with restaurant quality presentation. The owner is very kind and accommodating and provides lots of recommendations. Location is 2 min walk from the main bus station. Couldn’t ask for anything more!
