The twin room was very comfortable. Love how there are windows you can open for fresh air in the room. Shower has great pressure and is hot. Great location, 24hr self service laundry across the way. Free refillable water

The only thing, it says breakfast included but it’s from a cafe down the road & it’s not great that you can’t pick exactly what you want for breakfast, isn’t that the whole point? They should really provide vouchers for customers with a set value to spend in the cafe so that they can choose what they want. Or even a menu should be provided so we can choose. Shouldn’t be such a high price when breakfast is organised this way

We booked a double bed room, and the hotel helped us arrange a queen size bed. Really appreciate that!

1. The pillow is too soft. 2. No breakfast provided. 3. We arrived at the hotel too late, and there was no parking space in the hotel’s designated parking lot. We found one on the roadside, and had to pay the parking fee by ourselves.

I had my best sleep in the last couple of weeks. The bed was so comfortable and it was completely quiet without any noise. Toilet and bathroom were all comfortable and convenient. There was a big desk to work and study with fridge in an arm reach. I love how convenient and comfortable it was.

Toilet has blood stain.

Location - close proximity to 2 night markets, the 2 canals, second market Room is basic but clean Hot shower comes out immediately, unlike other hotels where it takes a while for the cold water to become hot Strong WiFi.

Pillow is too soft.

Hotel location is 10-15mins walk to central shopping location and night market. Lots of eateries around for food. Comfortable and extra large double bed. Clean room, although small spaces for large luggages.

The cleaness of the room and provide king size bed. On the other hand, the location is quite convenient with public bicycle rentals.

Car parking had to walk about 5 minutes and only provide one time entrance.

Centralised location, cosy room type, friendly front desk staff.

Housekeeping didn't always remember to vacuum the floor or topup the coffee/tea packets.

Breakfast could be better with more food selection

The room is flawlessly clean and tidy. Every corner of the room is shiny with perfection. The location is also beyond description for it is less than 1 min walk to the night market nearby. Despite its adjacent access to the market, it's actually quiet and without much disturbance. Thumbs up.

The room could have been bigger since we stayed in an extra-large bedroom. With such a huge bed, it would be better to have larger space, for it can barely fit in an open suitcase. Thank goodness we didn't have that much stuff otherwise it would be a bit crowded.
