Room is spacious (on par with the typical Western-style hotel) and you have access to a free breakfast. Breakfast is prepared daily by the cooks; they themselves are very professional and clear finished dishes quickly. The access to a bathtub (in addition to shower) is also a major plus. Laundry services are on site and free as long as you bring your own detergent. Would definitely book again. Great place to stay in Taizhong.

The smell of smoke lingers from previous/patrons on other floors. Needs a microwave in the room to be 'complete'.

Cloud Hotel was the most value for money throughout our stay in Taiwan. Not only was it located at a convenient location, it has also private parking for people who are driving, certainly a bonus especially when tourist like us are not familiar with parking around in Taichung. The room was not spacious but it's a good size for 2 pax with 2 luggages. There are still available room space to walk around. This is the only hotel that provides water dispenser, saving us trouble having to get purchase water from convenient stalls. Bed was very comfortable and big, it was the best sleep in Taichung certainly.

Able to adjust the temperature of the air conditioner, we were freezing in the room.

It’s the third time we stayed at Cloud Hotel :) The room was really spacious and clean, had a nice view and was luminous, the bathroom had a tub and a faucet to drink filtered water:) Also had a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. The staff was really kind. The breakfast was a buffet and there are LOTS of options. They have complimentary snacks at the lobby to eat during the day and a variety of drinks too. If we go back to Taichung we will stay there again!

The soundproofing of the windows could be better, and some pillows are a little uncomfortable.

apart from the parking lot and space requiring some skill and a bit time queuing, in case you need to go down to the basement, everything is price-value match, the service on top of all is exceptional. it's closeness towards city center gives it also the most competitive advantage, virtually by feet you can get to those districts you don't want to miss out.

no tub room available that's the downside kids felt a shame.

Hotel offers daily breakfast with lots of variety and choices. I particularly like the tea eggs and minced pork. Hotel also has a small laundry facility that is a nice to have for family travel. Our room was clean, quiet, large enough and comfortable for 4 adults. I would come here again.

With great location, this hotel really have us a pleasant journey. Thanks to their sweet parking lots, we didn't need to search for it outside of accommodation, that's probably the most important advantage for those who come with family. Overall, our room was comfy and it's a good experience this time!

Probably under some sort of pressure, staffs weren't pretty friendly, but they were managing to meet all the requirements from tenants. Anyway, thanks all of their hope this time, especially they directly assigned another room after we found our room was occupied with smoking odor from previous customer.

The entire facility was clean and relaxing. The people in the reception area are very helpful and can speak some basic english. Loved the free flowing drinks and snacks until 12 midnight.

Breakfast menu needs variation. Almost the same food daily. And there is no bidet in the toilet.

Was worry that the room is small but it is not, it tidy and clean to me, didn’t do a inspection though.

The distance to travel to night market, not my acceptable distance.

We’ve stayed in the Cloud before in Kaohshiung and it was great so we decided to try it out in Taichung as well and we were not disappointed. The 24h lobby snack bar is a wonderful idea plus the self laundry service is extremely useful

The service attitude, cleanliness and refreshments on the ground floor were great

The soundproofing equipment is not very good, and the sound of opening and closing the door next door is clear
