the building was modern and great design. It provides coffee, tea and snacks 24/7. I love the shampoo and conditioner. Those were great. Unfortunately, water temperature in our room was not as hot. It was warm on the cold side. Although it didn’t bother my friend and me. We can’t stop wondering a hot shower would be nice.

The hotel looks hip and stylish. Located within 5-10 mins walk from Taichung station and Gancheng bus station which is very helpful if you are planning to make a day trip to sun moon lake or formosan aboriginal cultural village by bus. They offered breakfast during our stay even though it was not notified in the room listing.

The room looked different from the picture posted by the hotel, however we realized they have posted 2 different room layout pictures for the room description. Although the room size was quite big, it had a split level and there was a lack of tables to open our luggage. We ended up having to open our luggage on the floor. The hangers are so crowded as they have weird designs to put the hangers in. We have difficulties communicating with the staff as some of them are not english proficient and during the after hour we only see a solo front desk working.

We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful (we had bicycles with panniers with us, and they helped us carry everything up with the elevators). Our rooms was nice too. Big bed, spacious bathroom, and everything very clean. There is also a comfortable lounge area in the hotel with some free snacks! We noticed that some rooms had no window to the outside and were a bit smaller, but we managed to peak into one of these rooms, and they actually also looked very decent. We would definitely stay here again.

Staffs are all well trained and polite. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful in providing solutions on transportation reviews, good problem solvers. The hotel lobby is spacious and comfortable, hotel room is neat and tidy.

Nothing much I would said but probably hotel guest will need to take note on the switches that are hidden behind your pillows.

So thoughtful! Even their bathroom towels and hand towels are of really thick and good quality and even has their own branding logo on it too! Location is really good, with a stretch of Asian food restaurants and a really good Thai massage place just a few mins walk away All in all, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I'll definitely come back and stay with them for my future trips to Taichung

The card reader to unlock the room door - it takes some time to line up the card in a certain orientation and a certain distance from the card reader to unlock the door The room cannot get full dark after switching off all the lights as it has a small window that lets in light from the corridor that is not blocked out with a curtain of sorts

This is my second stay here. Coming back is like going back home. Similar to my first experience, customer service is 10/10. As for the lobby, it does have water dispenser and tidbits for all to eat and enjoy. As for parking, it's just located right below (B1 and B2) but do take note that the height limit for B1 is 1.9meters and B2 is 1.7meters. Please go slow as it's tight at the corners.

I really enjoyed this hotel in Taichung, a very well design lobby area, quite conforatble and with a bar open 24/24h. The room was clean, comfortable, and related to the pictures I saw on the internet. The hotel is not too far from the main train station, around 8-10 minutes by feet, you have Youbike very close to the hotel, same street, so very convenient when you need to take a bike. Also you are in an area with many street food shops. The Nantou Bus Gancheng station is also very close to this hotel, so if you are planning to visit the Nantou area, Sun Moon lake... that's a good deal.

Great location, full options of facilities, and friendly services. The hotel provides snack bars with a projector in the lobby area so that you can enjoy your drinks like coffee (free) or alcoholic beverages (paid). Moreover, the hotel provides complimentary alcoholic beverages of 100 ml/person. So you can try it before making your order. The room is clean and the lavatory kits are super good.

You can easily see this hotel is aged, but they tried the best to maintain and renew the building, the room is big enough, toilet and the show has been renewed. The stuff was really friendly and helpful, and the location is easy to get to other attractions.

Some things as desk and the chair in the room are really outdated and you can see the damages, it would be nice if it gets replaced. The sound prove is not 100%, you can hear the people in the next room taking shower clearly.
