The whole looks and feels of the hotel and the theme of the room There's free coffee from the coffee machine at lvll 1, free snacks such as popcorn and bread at various points of the day Location is really good too, just a few mins walk to various bus stations, including the one to hop on the tourist shuttle bus to sun moon lake Room is very clean and comfortable, comes with 4 pillows and a double bed, and toilet amenities are many, with shampoo, body wash all smelling really nice, even has a Nespresso machine, kettle, hairdryer and the likes! So thoughtful! Even their bathroom towels and hand towels are of really thick and good quality and even has their own branding logo on it too! Location is really good, with a stretch of Asian food restaurants and a really good Thai massage place just a few mins walk away All in all, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I'll definitely come back and stay with them for my future trips to Taichung

The card reader to unlock the room door - it takes some time to line up the card in a certain orientation and a certain distance from the card reader to unlock the door The room cannot get full dark after switching off all the lights as it has a small window that lets in light from the corridor that is not blocked out with a curtain of sorts

I really enjoyed this hotel in Taichung, a very well design lobby area, quite conforatble and with a bar open 24/24h. The room was clean, comfortable, and related to the pictures I saw on the internet. The hotel is not too far from the main train station, around 8-10 minutes by feet, you have Youbike very close to the hotel, same street, so very convenient when you need to take a bike. Also you are in an area with many street food shops. The Nantou Bus Gancheng station is also very close to this hotel, so if you are planning to visit the Nantou area, Sun Moon lake... that's a good deal.

Both staff at the counter are very helpful. Alert me to prebook train ticket as it's may be full on public holiday and guide to book at convenient store due to station closed at night. They are friendly and cheerful. They give clean and precise direction to nearby attractions like Yi Zhong etc. Hot beverages are available at level 1 for guests.

Nothing. Overall satisfied. I like the shower, good pressure and hot enough during this cool weather.

The lobby provided ample comfortable space for friends gathering and business meetings. The complimentary coffee from a fresh ground bean machine is excellent. There are good choices of snacks to go with your drink. My local business partners were impressed too.

If I have to pick bones then it's only the problem of lacking the stopping space for car to unload my luggage.

we check in very late but the staff assist us very well, they are friendly. room is small, enough for a couple like us.. it is very clean. I like that shampoo and conditioner are all in bottle. They have a lot of pillow too... and there's a Netflix.. YouTube too..

Counter staff are really nice and beautiful.

Lived for four days,but one day there is no hot water in bathroom.

The staff in the front desk was kind and very helpful! Snacks corner was wonderful and I like the coffee they provided.
