Everyone who worked there was amazing. Very nice and helpful. I booked a tour through them after I failed to do so online and it was so easy. The pool is fabulous . The room is huge and the bed is comfortable. The pillows are perfect. I did not eat ruler but the buffett looked really impressive .There are great restaurants nearby and a family mart or 711 is really close , I can't remember which one. There is a bank in the lobby and that's amazing for money exchange.

it's not near a train station.so you need Uber. which is easy and cheap so it's not really a complaint

One of the better hotels I've been to during my 2 weeks stay in Taiwan. The staff was really friendly and attentive. We booked a connecting room and were surprised by how big the rooms were. We could easily open up our luggage on the floor and with plenty of walking space around the room. The breakfast spread was really good, with a wide selection of food to choose from. The gym is well equipped to do a proper session of workout if needed.

This was our second stay after 9 years. The place is well maintained, staff are helpful and friendly and provide great service, so it truly felt like a 5* hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Facilities are great, including the sauna and pool.

They should have stated online that swimming caps were required for the pool so that we could have brought one along. Location is slightly far from city centre but bus connections are very convenient.

Everything was nice. The lobby was beautiful. the staff was professional and friendly. The room was clean and comfy, The breakfast buffet was delicious.

The usage of the pool required a swim cap which was not mentioned in the welcome email. The only swim cap available was for purchase at $280NT. You can get one from the US for less than that. I heard that the hotel used to provide free swim caps. I hope that gets reinstated.

We stayed there for 3 days. The staff was amazing and supported us in every requests, top level. The rooms are confortable and with enough space. The internet tv service is very good. The gym and pool useful and nice. The buffet restaurant is medium quality but with a lot of choise.

The quality of the food at the buffet restaurant is improvable.

Great location, wifi easy to connect, didn’t have time to experience other facilities but very close to areas where I need to go to including local shopping centres. Great value for money. Very good customer service. No doubt will stay again Has USB ports for charging which I prefer also.

The only thing I would urge Windsor to do is to buy better coffee beans for their automatic coffee machines. The coffee was actually terrible and could be so much better. But thankfully the overall breakfast spread was amazing!

The Windsor hotel is good value for money and they have a well maintained spa, sauna and fitness area. The staff are friendly and there are several restaurants within the property.

It is complicated to get a parking space for a heavy motorbike and the coffee in the hotel room is not that premium.

Not many restaurant nearby.... staff are very helpful and rooms are good... i get used to stay in your hotel when i visit TaiChung... especially the Massage and Facial , facilities and service are good. they are the main reason i come back to your hotel every time.

The hotel rooms are quite big and good value for money. While the Spa area is not new, it is very well maintained and the gym equipment is up to data and in good working order.

The hotel is a little older but it is very well maintained and good value for money. I will use it again.
