I liked the facilities, the staff and the cleaness of the room. I enjoyed the views, the food and the friendly atmosphere

I dont like that for breakfast there was less western food offerings on the baffet in the morning. The only thing I could find for an english breakfast was fried bacon and eggs. All the other options were chinese and others salads-which I think is not that suitable in other cultures for breakfast. In other countries salads are like an offering for lunch or dinner. Can you please add more western food

Clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. if you can, go for the Exquisite rooms as they are nicely renovated and have great bathrooms. The Executive Rooms on the lower floors are not yet renovated - so it’s clean , spacious but a bit dated.

Very clean and modern location much like a western hotel. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. Great amenities on site including outdoor pool and restaurant. Staff was extremely nice and let us store our luggage before check in.

The city view is spectacular, especially at night. Bed was awesome! But we thought the pillows were a bit too thick. The hotel provided a baby cod and bath/sterilizing equipment. Breakfast was pretty good, but due to Corona restrictions there was no buffet and only choice of standard Western or Vegetarian breakfast set. It was very tasty, but usually I prefer the larger hotels also because of their variety breakfast and choice for cheese etc. But this is complaining on a high level. Especially because we got an additional breakfast set for our 2-year old, free of charge. Herewith my belated "Thank you!"

It was a bit far out of the city. But we wanted to give it a try and compare it with where we usually stay in Taichung. They only had black coffee with milk for breakfast, no Cafe Latte. And I don't think that was only because of Corona restrictions, as there were no espresso machines visible.

The coffee machine at business center on 13th floor did not provide coffee bean during the stay

Overall clean, but not the highest rating because there is no way to keep carpet clean in the room. If carpets are replaced with clean floors, the rating should be higher. Thanks.

The hotel staff are all super friendly and sweet.

The location is not close to anything, so you need to have a car or take bus, Uber or taxi.

The room is big enough for a family of 4. Comfortable and clean.

Probably not many amenities around, except 7-eleven, but it's quiet.
