Clean, spacious, in a seemingly quieter part of town but not too far away from interesting places & food. Enough elevators to serve. Having parking within the building/ on site is really a plus, albeit a little tight but clean & new. If their parking is full, street parking seems plentiful & available (coz they're in a less busy part of town) & there's parking lot across from the hotel, & the hotel will reimburse your parking fees if parked away from theirs. Breakfast is very good. Good selection & tasty.

Nothing much.

The location is very good. It's near the National Taiwan Art Museum and there are plenty of Ubike stations around. Perfect for people who want to explore Taichung! We also enjoyed the breakfast at hotel at lot. Plenty of options of food!

Great food and nice coffee for business tour. In addition, the location is near the fine art museum, culture center and library with a pretty park. Therefore, I have a wonderful view looking from my window in the morning.

Location is good, room is clean, room view facing art museum is very good. Staffs are very kind and helpful Cute zedras hide in diner. Building design is good.

EVERYTHING. Staff at the front desk and breakfast area. Hotel is exceptionally CLEAN and has the most wonderful view. Just love this hotel very much.

Nice decore in the room and comfy bed.

The room was very nice with a great view but it was so hot. It was a hot summer day and when we checked in it was 35 degrees in the room. The frustrating thing was that the AC was useless and it took hours to bring the heat down. Another improvement would be bathrobe and slippers. For a hotel in this price range, I expect these.

The breakfast is not so great I must say. I think there’s definitely room for improvement..., as well as the gym — a set of adjustable dumbbells and a bench should not be too much to ask? And..., introducing your artwork collection under ‘Features & Services’ on your website is just strange. I would take them down.

Very comfortable stay. Slept a 12 hours straight! Very friendly staff, from receptionists to housekeeping personell

Quite a few check in procedures, but understandable with COVID protocols. Also handled with very friendly staff - so it’s alright
