I like that the hotel was easy to book. It's easy to find using a taxi. Check in and check out were both quick. Good selections for buffet breakfast. Room was spacious with nice view. We appreciate the safety deposit box, iron and hairdryer. Bathroom was also spacious enough. We liked that there were several power outlets, very convenient in charging phones, laptops and gadgets. Qiyan station was about 400 meters away. Qiyan is on the red line that goes straight to Taipei main station. The area (Beitou) has a lot of spa and hot spring resorts. One time when I was in the lobby, a guest came in with her dog. I love pet-friendly hotels.

My only issue was that they didn't replenish the hair conditioner. The container wasn't full to begin with. We stayed 3 nights and it was gone on the 2nd day. We had the room cleaned and it was not refilled.

Spacious room with very comfy bed and good noise protection. We weren't bothered by any of our neighbours.. Staff were friendly and the self-serve amenities were useful (e.g. laundry and microwaves). There's a Starbucks and bar in the hotel lobby. Good place to base for a day out at beitou without paying the same rates as hotels in the direct area

There isn't much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel itself. Ok for us as we were at then end of our holiday and needed a break from the touristy stuff.

Breakfast (20 Euros) was way to expensive for the goods offered, we felt ripped off. Since Starbucks next by was closed in the morning (probably in agreement with the hotel), guests are forced to buy the breakfast. Through the setting of the tables a hectic and unpleasant atmosphere was created- a very bad start in the morning. The management wanted only a stay for max 60 minutes- they achieved it through these measures. Last but not least, the breakfast room is too small especially if the hotel is well booked.

everything … it’s just perfect especially the bed and pillow are soooooooooooooooo comfy

maybe a little too far from the tourist spot , you easily take more than 10 mrt stops. on the other hand soooo quiet and relax

hotel is under Marriot group. very pleased with the facilities, room, decor, service of staff etc. everything was new and professional. ample parking at basement available. very safe. strongly recommend!

Very clean , quit and all needed facilities available, the breakfast was excellent, the staff were very cooperative

Starbucks downstairs. Very friendly staff who spoke English and always willing to help with answering questions or translation.
