The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the heart of Ximending's bustling shopping and street food district. The staff at this property were exceptional, consistently going above and beyond to ensure guests' comfort and satisfaction. From providing water upon arrival for baggage deposit, to recommending excellent nearby restaurants and signature souvenirs from Taiwan, to assisting with booking a taxi to the airport, the staff's hospitality was truly impressive. We were grateful for the staff's assistance with our luggage and the unexpected treat of mochi before our departure.

While we had an overall positive experience, we did notice some minor cleanliness concerns in our room. Specifically, we observed some dust around the coffee bar and safe deposit box on the first day. Although it was difficult to spot, I took notice because of my desire for coffee after a long day of travel. Despite this small issue, we found the room to be otherwise clean and comfortable.

This is one of the best budget hotels we've stayed at so far. With the value, we think the facilities are worth highlighting: Japanese toilet with bidet (other hotels in the same city don't have this), high quality amenities such as good smelling soap and shampoo, tissue, and clean comfy bed to sleep after wandering around the city. The place is also in a very strategic location, the Ximending night market is just one step away but it's still quiet during the night as it's just outside the crowded center.

It's not a big deal but the walls are thin so we could hear our neighbours.

Absolutely loved my stay, and the staff was really helpful and accommodating. The place is cozy and quiet, and the sound insulation was great. The room was spacious and cozy, and loved that they had FOC laundry and a drying machine for use. Housekeeping was available too. Location wise, it's located right in Ximending Walking District, so it was extremely convenient with lots of options available.

The walkway was seemingly made of hollow wood, so the walking sound echoed around. Additionally, as there was no ventilation for rooms without windows, there was a really (paint?) smell that lingered in the room, although not too pungent.

Very helpful and welcoming staff! They gave us recommendations on what to explore in the surroundings and where to eat. Simple and clean room, with a convenient location in Ximending District. There is a youbike station just down the hotel.

It was a little noisy at night because the room was next to the main street The hotel is located at 4th floor of general building, the entry of the building itself was not great or welcoming. Once you arrived at the 4th floor (inside the hotel itself), then all is good.

Location made everywhere in Taipei so accessible. The staff was accommodating and helped us with transportation to the airport. The room had plenty natural light. Clean bathroom.

The lobby is a few floors up and had too take a lift to it. The room was very cosy and comfortable. My wife and I loved it. There was a capsule coffee machine in the room with two free capsule.

The entrance of the building seems run down. We thought we were at the wrong building.

Love the location - short walk to Ximending night market and there is also a 7-11 downstairs if you need anything in the middle of the night. Hotel is super clean, very well maintained. Like the black/white concept room. Staff are also super friendly and helpful.
