The location is very good. Just on top of Wanhua (万华）Station, and few minutes walk to Longshansi Station (龙山寺站).. The 3 single bed room is clean, new and comfortable, is suitable for families stay.

This was the first time I booked a hotel room from booking.com. A few days before I reached Taiwan, credit card fraud was conducted in Taiwan to my credit card, which I registered in the booking.com, someone performed unauthorised transaction with the card. This fraud caused us to use cash all the time when we stayed in Taiwan. I noticed that the hotel website offered some promotions that were applied to Taiwan citizens only. The price we obtained from booking.com was 50% more expensive than that promotion, and no meals were included. While the offers included free gifts and meals. Why so strange, the hotel's offers were not applied for foreign guests?

The hotel is near the Longshan Temple station, within a 3-minute walk. The hotel staff were friendly. Regarding the hotel facilities, the room was quiet and well-equipped with good facilities. There were many channels available on the TV.

The presence of homeless people in the area made me feel unsafe, especially if I were returning to the hotel late at night. However, this issue was not related to the hotel itself. And, it would have been better if the staff spoke more English.

Very comfortable and clean. Location is right above the TRA, and <5 mins walk from the MRT, making it very convenient to go to and fro the airport / HSR station & other popular sites like ximending. The triple room came with 2 sinks and separate bath & toilet, so it was easy for 3 of us to get ready in the morning. There was also a sitting area right beside the window w a great view. Love it.

the location, the restaurant, the modern design of the room are good. thanks for upgrading our room, that makes our stay better. one more thing, the lighting in the room are very bright and the big sliding window is very nice to have some view and bring the bright light in the room. in the raining date, we just take train downstairs to Taipei train station to get on MRT to avoid getting wet, very nice.

the reason I did not rate it 9 is because the wall in the room is kind of getting beat up. They really should paint the wall. the wall looks dirty. it did not match the modern design. also, the corner in the toilet room has some kind of mold, I guess. it may not take much effort to get rid of it and give a fresh paint.

Located in a quiet area close to trains and buses. great food locations near by (2 local night markets 100% worth going to multiple times Nanjichang Night Market & Huaxi Street Night Market) Room was very clean, great water fountains on selected levels and ice, good cardio only gym. if you have to wait for check in recommend grabbing coffee at the coffee belt cafe just around the corner.

Not that this can change but it’s a bit awkward having to change lifts to go to the gym - if located on the other side need to go to level 5 and change lifts to get to level 8. Level 5 is the food level so it gets super busy

We stayed here for two nights. We selected it because of its location relative to mass transit and its neighborhood. It worked well on both counts. Within a short walk you can be fully immersed a vibrant Taipei neighborhood with shops and dining and night markets. We enjoyed the neighborhood so much we frequently chose to walk to farther train stations. The hotel was spotless and the room spacious and comfortable. It is everything you would expect from a business class hotel. Large parking area beneath the hotel was free for guests.

The hotel did not provide breakfast. But, honestly we preferred to eat out. There are many nearby choices.

Thank you for arranging to stay in high-rise accommodation, so I can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Guan Yin Mountain and nearby. The staff are very nice and helpful.

The cleaning of the room is not as ideal, especially the floor feels sticky and the carpet was not fully vacuumed. I also felt the room with a mildew smell when I came back from outside .every time. It looked like the circulation is not good. One more suggestion: is it possible to install some shelves in the bathroom. Being an elderly. It’s not good to get dressed out of the bathroom, and avoided cold caused by temperature differences. Thank you.

Proximity to the 2 railway station , local railway & Metro , hotel just above the local railway Wanhua , so its like 3 mins walk

Good room (but a little small compared with the previous hotel rooms we stayed in), fast check-in/out, VERY reasonably-priced, water fountain on our 9th floor, excellent fitness facilities + swimming pool, not far from MRT (actually, it's situated directly at a local train station AND we could use our Easy Card to ride it). A fairly big night market was about a 25-minute stroll (quite manageable).

Very crowded (probably it was a Sat/Sun) so very noisy at lobby--with small kids running & a few tour groups coming in & leaving almost all the time. Gym right next to swimming pool AND kids' play room so it could get a bit noisy, as well. :-( A little red-light district/road not far from the hotel--but we could overlook it. :-)
