The room and bathroom are superb. It felt super luxurious and well spaced out. The location is also excellent, with the mall below and a short walk from Zhongshan, where there's the MRT and is full of small shops and excellent food. We did not try any restaurants there, but it looked to be very popular amongst everyone, with excellent music entertainment. The check in staff were very helpful, and the staff who opened doors, pointed out the step in the lobby, and attended the elevators were so kind, polite, and made the experience feel elite. We booked a spa appointment on the top floor, and were VERY impressed by the facilities and services. Elevators were super fast and made traveling easy.

I wish there was an electronic key instead of a physical one, so my partner and I could split up a bit easier when exploring the neighborhood. Additionally, I wish the list of spa services was available on the Hotel information channel, but we just went upstairs to look at the list and to book.

The room was beautiful, and the extra amenities of bottled water was appreciated after a long flight. The location is great for shopping and finding what the locals like to eat. We tried the lunch buffet and was amazed at the selection and the quality of the food. if we had stayed longer which we will in the future we will definitely try some other amenities that the hotel has to offer.

We did not find any faults or dislikes of the hotel.

The hotel is at a very good location, it was easy for us to get around the city. Staff were very friendly and accomodating so it was a very enjoyable stay. The Wellspring spa on the 20th floor was very nice as well, highly recommend.

The doors for the rooms shut really loudly. Would help ease the sound if the doors had door closers that prevents the slamming. We had a very loud neighbor and not only were they loud but also going in and out many times throughout the night and their doors kept slamming and almost shaking the walls.

The grand entrance of the Regent Taipei is absolutely stunning, and the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel truly welcomed. We’re thrilled we chose the Regent for our stay in Taipei. Its convenient location added to the ease of exploring the city. One standout feature for us was the daily wellness classes, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, our stay was a five-star experience, and we highly recommend the Regent to anyone visiting Taipei.

Rooms need an update with comfortable bed and furniture. Better access on TV to more international channel. Provide a copy of the local newspaper.

Lightings in room and lift too dim.

We booked a King Deluxe room, which is spacious and the toilet is clean. Surprisingly our room had a spectacular view of Taipei 101 with fireworks at midnight in New Year. Good location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Staffs were polite and helpful.

Mosquitoes were found at the changing room next to the swimming pool. Also the changing room is small and old. Renovation should be seriously considered.

I used to visit Taiwan 2-3 times a year, usually stay at Taipei Regent because of the lavish breakfast! Moreover, the rooms are very spacious and location is very good.

The lift lobby and floor corridors are a bit dim, the marbles of bath room are aging, need to do something to revitalise the marbles.

Everything. The location, the facilities, the staff, the breakfast, the spa. It’s a very lively place in the middle of everything with people coming and going everywhere. It felt like I was staying in a palace.

Nothing. It was perfect.

Like the size of the room and since we upgraded we had a corner room at the 17.th floor so the view was magnificent. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff

The aircon made our room either freezing cold or greenhouse warm. Some how we always to turn on the sign we didn't want cleaning so we didn't get our room clean for days - should be another option that a lightswitch for that
