The staff is kind and helpful. The people are exceptional. If you can get past it being an old hotel and a little funky it is a great place to stay. Although it is non-smoking, the hotel smells of smoke. The bathroom is a little unusal with a large bathtub. The entire bathroom floor will be soaked in the open shower. As to be expected with Taiwan, it is very moist in the hotel room. The location is safe and convenient.

The hotel could use an update.

The hotel is very close to the MRT, coffee shops, PX supermarket and a laundromat. I enjoy stepping back in time because the bedrooms have art deco style furniture and not the typical modern glass and chrome bathroom. It's the biggest bedroom I've ever stayed in and the bed is very comfortable. Some hotel fridges are noisy but the fridge and bathroom are separated from the bedroom by a door. The staff were friendly and helpful during my three night stay. It's my second time at Taipei Lotty and I will be back.

Unfortunately, due to pandemic the hotel no longer provides a nice buffet breakfast but that may change in the future. It's a short walk to other choices for breakfast.

I have used Taipei Lotty as my my arrival and/or departure accommodation in Taipei for several years now. It's close to the MRT, coffee shops and a PX Supermarket. The room is big and quiet with very comfortable bed. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They offer a free laundry service which is great and organise a reliable taxi service to the airport. It's also good value for money.

Taipei Lotty has everything I need.

The location is amazing near parks and restaurants. The interior and room was definitely worth how much I spent. The spa tub and granite flooring was amazing. The bed, living room, and TV set was phenomenal.
