Good location. 5-10min walk from Jiaoxi train station. Once you exit from Jiaoxi train station, just walk straight down the road leading from train station and cross 2 traffic junctions. Plenty of food choices nearby. Superior Family room is a bit cramp for 3 persons, maybe cos of the 2 double beds. The walkway was taken up by the opened luggages. Since we spent most of our time outside, it didn't bother us much. Deluxe Twin room is spacious. Love the big private onsen tub. Bed and pillow are comfortable. Room is clean. Hotel breakfast is good. It also provides complimentary supper (on the 2 nights of our stay, we had oden, biscuits and hot beverages). Staff service is good.

The staff here do their best to make you feel welcome and it's just such a great atmosphere all round. They were helpful with the facilities, the room, and provided directions and ideas for things to do. The manager Gina, and Carlin, was very kind. The room was comfortable and the spa was great. Close to the train station. Complimentary snacks for most of the day, and we had breakfast included which was great, good selections of asian buffet.

Power points were a little troublesome with mixed voltages in different sockets of the room, so be careful what you plug in, they do provide signage to warn you. Never encountered that before in any of the hotels we stayed in Taiwan. A minor issue, it doesn't affect our stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Service was wonderful. Friendly and helpful staff. There were a range of treats from Odens on a cols Saturday winter. Experiences in rice roll and onigiri making. Even gave us an appreciation dish as we stayed more than three days. Rooms size was fine comfy for my son and me to room in. There was huge in-room spa.. really enjoyable. Location was good too. Definitely worth the stay.

Sumptuous breakfast and nice eating. The temperature of the spring water is perfect, the tub can keep the temperature stably so that you can take a short break without refilling the spring water.

Poor sound insulation like what others comments. Earplugs are necessary! Strongly recommend that earplugs should be with string cause I cant find my earplugs by the next morning(cant fall asleep without the earplugs due to the noise outside). Besides, the car park indoor is quite dark, not feeling safe at all. Maybe lighter is better.

Good price for the ammenities and the area. Breakfast had good variety (if you are used to breakfast in hotels in Taiwan). There are towels in both the indoor and outer pool so you just need to come ready to get in the water.

The room for 4 people was a little bit tight. Not enough room for luggage and seating/resting chairs. There is only windows on the bath side. Sound isolation wasn't great could easily hear the noise from rooms next door or above.

The facilities are awesome , with bathtub in the room that gave you privacy and the naked onsen at the basement is clean and comfortable. There is also some mini game at level 1 that can play with your family. Breakfast in the morning is included in the stay

The pillow was some stained on it , the staff was efficient enough to change for us immediately at 12am before we slept

The room was comfy but a bit small. The tub, however, was wonderful and very large. We enjoyed the communal hot spring and the other amenities. The breakfast was also nice. The location was perfect.

The gym didn't open until 9 am.

Location is very good. There are many restaurants nearby to choose from. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were a bit too soft. The staff are very kind.

The bathtub is too big and some water accumulates in the bathtub. It takes a long time to fill the bathtub. Room is a bit small. The TV has no HDMI input. Insufficient parking spaces, need to arrive early to get close parking.

The overall room size is ok by the onsen size is too large and the texture of the floor doesn't feel comfortable.

abundant breakfast options and all were delicious. staff very friendly and helpful. appreciated the umbrellas for use in the rain and the common area with games near the front desk.
