The staffs are well trained, the chef OMG, his hands are blessed. Cos whaaaaat, all the meal was palatable, was exceptional like you will know you are at the “King of Seafood” country. All the meal were carefully prepared. I will come back for the food again lol. The receptionist was very helpful. I love everything the facility, the place is so beautiful and peaceful. I will recommend over and over again

We loved everything. The facility, the staff, the beach, their food and their services. It was awesome experience. The resort is well located, away from noise. All the staff were diligent and friendly. Starting from Paul the manager, isa, ayouble , hamadi, down to the security. The receptionist too medina she's nice. The cleaners did great too. Witness was diligent with her Job. Yousuf was a good guy too. Happy people.. very hardworking 👏 ❤ I hope to be back with my kids to blue moon. 💙

We loved everything that they have to offer. The atmosphere, ambience, and facilities were great. We enjoyed most of our time relaxing on the pier which had beds, swimming pool and nets to relax on. The staff were amazing and very friendly especially Ayobu, Swahi and the one who served us Shisha (Sorry if I cannot remember the name) We have to thank the owner for making our stay delightful. She was always checking on us and asking if we have everything we need. Also, there are two adorable dogs who made it better!

The toilet did not have a water hose. You will know the struggle if you are an Arab 😁 The water from taps and shower were a bit salty. We think it was fresh water mixed with sea water. We thought the resort would take care of the road leading to it but as usual, it was bumpy and broken.

Friendly staff let me mention Mr Ayubu, he clearly explains everything well well even at menu for one to get what you really want. Keep it up Mr Ayubu. Very good food, very romantic scenery, Beautiful and clean room. Service is top notch. Excellent for honeymoon, private facility, little beach is not full compare to others. Good for honeymoon or proposing someone's daughter. Meals and drinks prices are reasonable

Absolutely everything I was looking for fabulous place. This place brings Bali & Africa together. The facility is stunning very private the finishing everywhere is second to none! The management & staff are wonderful make you feel at home. Blue Moon exceeded my expectations and the pictures don't do it justice. I was actually sad to leave. I'll 100% keep returning to this place.

Not a big resort and was lovely and quiet, the rooms were specious and clean. The food was really well presented and always served with a smile. All the staff were welcoming could not do more for you. Our bags did not arrive at the airport and was not a good start to our holiday. If it was not for Adil they would probably still be traveling around the island. He spoke to the airline after them not arriving as promised and sent a driver to collect them for us. He also drove us in to Paje on the first day to buy some essentials as we literally arrived with the clothes on our back. You would not get this service at most hotels.

The shower in our room was quite salty water.

The place exceeded our expectations. First, we were welcomed by very friendly staff and this remained true throughout our stay there. Second, the air-conditioned room is really spacious with more space than you'd need during a vacation, and the bed is super comfortable. There's also a safe inside the room to keep your valuables, and door locking system is very secure. Third, the beach experience is glorious - quiet beach where you can enjoy morning/evening walks, and the jetty is probably the best place in the entire establishment (complete with an infinity pool overlooking the ocean). The jetty also has enough seats and beds so you can spend your entire day there. The food is also nice and this experience is topped up by the extra friendly staff who all seem happy to work there (this left a really good impression on us). I would go back to Blue Moon for sure!

We loved it. Attention to details, all is so well looked after. room spacious and clean, very comfortable beds and pillows. Great shower! The food is TOP ,fantastic chef, great variety of menu choices, plates very well presented. We had one evening live band and BBQ fantastic ambiance. The staff is exceptional, very kind and so thoughtful, very professional. The Pier is so beautiful with the infinity pool overlooking the Indian ocean, and relaxations beds. Our favourite spot. Thy organise private dinners on the beach and on the Pier. they make you feel very special.

I loved that the property was quite and in the wild. The staff was amazing, always happy and cheerful! They helped us with everything when needed. The food is great, there is a vast choice also adequate for vegetarians! I would recommend for sure the fish that is very fresh and tasty, and the passion juice! In occasion of my birthday I ordered the floating breakfast (40$ for 2 people) in the pool of my luxury suite and it was very worth it: food was great, and they came with an extra cake offered by the resort for the occasion. I would recommend the half board, the breakfast is tasty and with great view, and dinner is much needed because near there are few restaurants (only reachable by at least 20 min taxi, that is charged min 25$). The property is located in a beautiful place, and the colors of the sea are breathtaking! The structure also offers 2 beautiful pools, and it has direct access to the beach. If you’re lucky like we were, you can also spot some wild monkeys!

Although the staff tries their best to keep the ambience clean, there are sometimes things that don’t work: lights sometimes get off, you can find some dead bugs 🐛. The structure needs some maintenance, but the overall was great. One thing I have to say: don’t drink water that is not sealed in the bottle, because we heard of people who felt unwell.

The staff(Dianna & Ayub), the best you can ever have. always willing to assist & ensure we are comfortable. Went extra mile for us. The rooms are very specious. The views are super amazing. It’s a clean place.

The receptionist was not so friendly(Joshua). He dismissed all the requests made upon arrival.The emails sent prior to arrival were not responded to. The numbers of the property listed on booking.com don’t go through.reception number goes unanswered when you in the room & you need service. The rooms are super clean but don’t smell fresh. There was a terrible smell coming out of the shower.
