It was a true pleasure staying at Reef & Beach Spa Jambiani. The front staff was very kind and helpful, greeted us with warm smile, made us very happy from the beginning of the day we arrived. The room was tidy and clean. We had a problem with our shower one time, but when we talked it with reception, the maintanence team promptly dealt with the problem. The food was really delicious too !

Some of the staffs and the guys from Masai show called us China whenever they see us, and it was a bit irritating lol The food was good, but the drinks, especially cocktails were a bit below expectation. Jambinani area is quite far from the airport and port, so you need about 2 hours to travel to this resort, and the taxi took about 60 dollors. But definately, I want to visit this plan again.

The Jetty was my favourite spot to swim, relax, drink and have shisha, as well as reading. The animation team do an amazing job every night with the entertainment. The drinks are great.

Where the forest meet the Ocean 😍, Reef&Beach Resort is a little Paradise on Earth. The all inclusive was a great deal! The food was on the top 🍉🍍🥐🍗🥞🍕🍟🧁, a lot of varieties. I enjoyed the red monkeys coming everyday on my terrace. The white sand and the sea offering a beautiful scenery, and bringing an instant peace of mind&soul.

We just had our best vacation ever at Reef & Beach Jambiani. For us it was a very special time, as we had our beach wedding organized by the hotel stuff and it was simply perfect and incredible. Hat off, really! During our 10 days stay the staff was non stop helpful, kind, friendly and always with a big smile on the face - we were treated like royalty :) Besides, the variety of food was incredible, and extremely delicious. The different kind of meats, sea-food, fish, the live cooking corner and fresh fruits are beyond all expectations! We were absolutely speechless from the very first moment by the bungalow we had, the environment, the turquoise ocean, the gardens, pools, the friendly monkeys, the Mango & Jetty bars ;-) and mainly extremely impressed by the team making dreams happen!🤗 Hint for any quests: do not skip the massages or any spa related services either, it is completely worth it! I already miss the friendly faces we met in the hotel, from the event managers to the bartenders, waiters and waitresses, the cooks, masseuses, cleaning ladies and gardeners. Million thanks for everything and see you guys next year🥰

Honestly, it is very hard to recall any kind of negative experiences. If I want to be extremely strict, I could mention the 20 minutes power + water break from 1 morning, but who can stress himself on such a small thing in this paradise?😅

What an awesome resort. The staff were superb, just so friendly and welcoming. This is truly the place to go if you want to experience high levels of hospitality. The resort is overall beautiful, just so relaxing, and absolute value for money.

The pool closes too early. They should at least let guest swim until 10/11pm, sun is too hot during the day for some of us to swim.

It was a very big surprise. The resort is amazing, simple and beautiful, with different areas to relax. The food in the main restaurant is very diverse with delicious local food. The people were very friendly (I would like to mention Chef Henry and Leonard in the Italian restaurant and Debora, the guest relation manager who made my stay even better), and the animation was enjoyable every night. It was a very relaxing and quiet area. The beach and the sea are incredible. Beautiful to explore the marine life when it is low tide. I recommend it and will be back for sure.

Wi-fi doesn't work very well sometimes. But it was good to completely disconnect.

Jetty bar location was superb as stretched out into the Indian ocean, all the staff were pleasant and kind throughout our stay, whole place was spotless including the rooms and dining areas and also around the pools.

The food was very average, breakfasts were cold on a couple of occasions as the heaters under the food were turned off, too many curries on every night and not enough selection if you didn't like curries. No cold meats on at lunch or tea and salad selection poor.

Beautiful place by the beach. Lots of sunbeds available to use. On the bridge was normally a bit of wind which made it great to use the sunbed there. Although the resort was fully booked it didnt feel that way. Still pretty quiet and enough space. The chefs took great care of my wife her Gluten and Lactose intollerance. If there wasnt something she could have or partly of a meal they would make something specially for her. Its so much fun having all the monkeys around minding their own business. They really didnt bother anybody.

The tours we booked we felt were overpriced. Went on one and didnt feel worth the money but when we said this and wanted to cancel the second tour that was no problem.
