Everything, this is my 4th time staying here it's just wonderful from, all the staff, to the food, to the views and facilities. It's my favourite place to relax.

Would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room but that's just a small thing. I love everything about this place.

Paradise, on the ocean... The hotel is wonderful, relaxing and very well organized in every respect. The staff is always smiling and friendly, the rooms are cleaned and decorated every day, there is a spa, swimming pools and places for recreation and entertainment... The place is peaceful, there are many excursions to various attractions and places on the island.

There's nothing we didn't like... Everything was on the level.

Everything! The staff are truly fantastic! Food and drinks at the little pool bar by the beach were amazing! Views are beautiful, AC works great, spa is amazing and shout out to Mido the spa manager who was awesome, just overall wonderful value!

Uroa is like an up and coming beach area — more chill than going out vibes which I enjoy both it is a bit secluded so if you don’t mind that then you’re in the perfect place!

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean, we got a good room near bar due to booking the transportation from airport as well, nice facilities with various games and gym outdoor available, own access to see, very good cocktails and good quality of food, though breakfast could vary a bit more. available some tours offered by hotel. own spa facility with massages available at acceptable price.

Location - access to the sea is at the side where the ocean water retracts daily at random times, so you may find it difficult to plan your swimming time. We took one tour to the Stone town from hotel - it was very badly planned, as we reached the Stone Town when it was already dark and main locations such as slave market were already closed- so whole point of excursion was ruined. Also guide was not professional, inviting 30-people group all the time to shop at random location instead which caused a lot of delays and we arrived much later in the night to the hotel… Really disappointing experience… we didn’t get every-day bottle of water to our room, which should be obvious.

Room with Ocean view very comfortable and cosy. Staff members are very nice and welcoming and they do everything to make your stay pleasant without lifting a finger. The Spa is delightful and they make each massage unique. The evenings are always pleasant with a different show every night.

The beach is really beautiful but the sea weeds each tides bring make it complicated to enjoy a swim.

Staff all very welcoming and professional. Location is great for a pool/beach break. Food is good, we were breakfast only, fully recommend the buffet over a la carte. Big shout out to Marino at the bar, who makes the best cocktail on the island!

Far too many bits of paper for receipts if you aren't all inclusive. Not that much of a bother but is it really needed?

Wonderful place, extremely tourist oriented. The staff and management are very responsive. They did everything possible to help us in any situation and to satisfy the demands and desires of the people in my group. Rich and varied food for breakfast and buffet for lunch and dinner. They have also thought about people who do not want to eat at a buffet - in the complex there is a restaurant where you can order whatever you like from the menu. There are a total of 3 pools in the common area of Samaki and Palumbo, one of which is super large. You can choose what you like. I personally preferred Palumbo's small quiet pool. Ali, Roger and Mohammed were ready to help in any situation. Thank you, dear people! I will definitely come back to you with a new group of friends.

I would recommend serving water bottles in the rooms every day. Yes, drinking water is available in many places in the hotel, but you have to fill your bottles from those places, and that's a little annoying. Not a big deal, but I prefer to have at least a small bottle of water in the room every day.

1. Management and staff are very welcoming and polite people and are easy to adjust to certify customers 🥰💕. 2. Thank you for the effort to entertain customers with so exciting activities during the day and at night. 3. We really enjoyed our stay and we already recommended the Samaki & Palumbo to our friends, and they’re looking forward to visit the hotel.

Menu for food is almost the same thing, especially for dinner. You can improve by changing the menu and at least have 3 different menus in every 7 days
