everything was great, the room was super clean and the idea of glass water with machine was cool and eco friendly. The stuff was nice and helpful.

Breakfast was like any others of this areas but a little more poorly than higher rated hotels. In general i don’t recommend taking breakfast on your booking. Localization wasn’t that bad, could be better but still not something i wanna cry about.

The room was very spacious, with a lovely spacious balcony with a great view. The bed was comfy, the staff were lovely, also It is in a decent location, not amazing location but they have a free shuttle service to take you to the main area; but we enjoyed walking every night :)

The shower was easily the worst shower i’ve ever had, the shower head made the water come out very thin and hard. It felt like little shards of glass hitting you, and would constantly go from hot to cold. The breakfast was good, but could’ve had just a few more western options.

Nice clean room with large bed. They afe quite eco friendly so no plastic bottles, there was a water refill station on every floor. Amenities are available on request which I thought was great. Breakfast was good, some western options. They and a shuttle to Ao Nang beach!

Bed was quite hard. Although breakfast was good, it wasn’t consistent. One day there was loads of options, the next, not so much. It’s open from 7-10am, it seems they stop cooking anything after 9am. This was annoying.

Location. 2min walk from the hotel to Patong Beach. Plenty convenience store nearby. Our triple room is very spacious n comfortable.

Wifi. Please do something on the wifi coverage throughut the hotel chain. We have stayed at both Kokotel Krabi n Phuket & both have equally bad wifi reception. Lub-D phuket just few blocks away n hv superb connectivity. Also, staff never offered any assistance to assist with the luggage although they know, old wing does not hv lift. Some visitors might turned down the offer but at the very least, made the polite offers. They are always smiling n very polite though throughout the stays.

The free shuttle bus to their other location gets you to and from the main area where you can access the beach, restaurants, laundromat, shops. Rooms and beds were very comfortable.

Location isn’t walkable to main areas (even if your a walker like myself), don’t let google fool you, it’s up a very steep hill that aren’t going to be doing in that heat even once. Restaurant closes early on one of the days, however wasn’t noted anywhere so you could plan accordingly.

The staff are amazing, super thanks to the lovely Chef "Ja" if I remember correctly her name. She is very helpful and skilled. I found her quite dedicated and passionate towards her work. I just requested some veg breakfast items which got finished due to a huge rush. She did not deny but rather made the dish right from scratch for me. Huge respect and lots of well wishes for her 👌. The staff always have a smiling face and are really really 🙂. I can never stay at another place than Kokotel Krabi Oasis if I ever come back to Krabi. Another plus point is its location which is quite peaceful away from moving traffic and connected to the main street and Ao nang beach. They have a free shuttle as well at certain intervals for Ao nang beach.

Hard water in the washroom was a bummer. The bathroom door lock was faulty in room 316. I never fully locked once I realised the same. Plus the hair dryer was not working properly. Asked them to change but the new one was also the same. They should look into these on priority. I have visited in 2019 as well but the condition was way better.

I had a nice time staying at the Kokotel Krabi Oasis. All of the staff members that I interacted with were warm and accommodating. The room was a nice size and I found the bed super comfortable. It was easy to walk to the main areas of Ao Nang.

The only thing that I didn't like was the shower. The shower head definitely should be cleaned or replaced ASAP. Also, there are a lot of families with children at this hotel which could be a bit off-putting if you're a solo traveler. I didn't personally have any issue with this but it's worth noting.

Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Our room was big, with a comfortable bed.

There was a smell coming from the bathroom, but it’s not up to the hotel. It’s basically the drainage system they have around. If you’re into walking, take note that there are no sidewalks. We rented a scooter and it make everything more simple.

- room; size, standard, smell view (economy double) - kettle and fridge in the room - you can connect your phone to the TV - lift in the builiding - delicious breakfast; few hot options from the menu to choose and buffet with fruits, veggies, bread, jam, cereals - shuttle bus to and from the centre few times a day - quiet location - nice, new space with attention to details - lovely staff, always smiling and helpful

- WiFi could be better - water in pool is always freezing

It was pretty comfortable here! It was a little way out of town but you could walk but a narrow road. They offered an excellent free van shuttle to & from town which was very handy. The pool was quite good & nice to cool off & the staff were very helpful! Also filtered water available on every floor so that was a bonus!

Nothing really negative to say. Would’ve been good if they’d included the buffet breakfast.
