Close to the centre but not enough to heat an excessive noise.

Pool was very small and a short walk around the corner along the street to get to, breakfast was basic.

The room was overall comfortable and clean. Housekeeping changed bedding and provided fresh towels but did not actually clean the room. Good value for money, close to the main strip as well as restaurants and bars (a great Goan/Indian restaurant about a minute down the hill!)

The hotel itself is owned by another hotel in a building behind and this is where you have to check in (be warned if you have super heavy bags it’s a fairly steep hill!) There was a smell of sewage for most of our stay in the bathroom and in the lobby/restaurant/pool area. The pool was also basically in the restaurant and completely in the shade with a building the other side so we didn’t feel comfortable relaxing in swimwear by the pool.

Great location, close to the town, beach and both night markets! Nice clean room and we had a balcony that though it was facing a building we could still watch the sunset!

The bathroom sometimes had a bit of a weird smell, think it was something to do with the drainage. Nothing that really affected our stay though!

The hotel’s location is great since it’s places away from the more noisy street where the shops and bars are, but it’s still just a short walk away from everything! You get one free water everyday, which was simply just amazing:) The room was also nice and clean - I would come back without a doubt!

There is a pool and sun beds, but no sun since it’s all covered up and in the shade.

Property is in a great location a short walk to the strip and beach. Has great restaurants very close by so if you are staying in Ao Nang it’s great. Bed is also great too.

No hot water. It was not yet hot enough to be wanting cold showers but that’s what I got. The hot water did not work at any stage.

Very good location. About 5 mins walking to main stop along beach front. So many good restaurants activities and stunning beaches near by. Beds were very big and comfortable. Our first room had a leak over night, staff sorted it out immediately and upgraded our room very kindly to a room with a view. Very impressed. Fresh water every day Breakfast available for a small cost if wanted

This hotel has everything you need. Staff offered me a free upgrade. Great value. Good breakfast. Friendly atmosphere. When you just come up to the main road, you can hire a scooter easily. Just walk down the road about 1KM to the vibrant street with so many cafes and restaurants.

Really good value , new and modern room with a good confy bed ( bed is not hard like a slab ) they are wiith T2 Hotel so you can use T2 facilities and you also have to check in at T2 Next door .

Location is not the best of the best but it is also not so bad , tours pick you up at hotel and there is scooter to rent in front and massage and restaurant also just next door

The rooms were very spacious and so clean. The beds were very comfortable and big. Aircon in the room worked great also. The staff were super friendly.

The property is around a 20 minute walk to the beachfront but this is still pleasurable with restaurants and shops along the way.
