The staff were really lovely and chill. The rooms are all ground floor which is nice. Some other travellers staying long term so it has a relaxed vibe. Right across the road from 7-Eleven and good restaurants next door with cheap food (40-70baht). Much better food than you’ll get in Ao Nang for 1/2 the price. I did some remote work from here and had a scooter to get around. Was perfect for this. Only a couple of minutes by scooter to relaxed sides of the beach. The rooms are basic but clean and large with good lighting and have kettles.

Some sort of privacy screen would be great to let natural light into the rooms and not have to close curtains for privacy.

-it was a 10 min drive from the businesses of ao nang, however, we liked this. The beach area gets SO ridiculously busy and we hated this, it was nice to have some peace and quiet with a 7/11 across the road. You do need a scooter however, it’s not that easy to get a taxi. -they did laundry and scooters at a reasonable price. -the bed was incredible and the blinds made the room so dark, I could’ve slept for days. -it was clean - definitely cleaner than a lot of places I’ve stayed in SE Asia.

-we did find a small cockroach in the bathroom, i have a bit of a phobia of these but need to remember it can happen anywhere in Asia. We found a few holes in the bathroom and once we filled these there were no issues - I think the rooms could probably do with holes being filled in to stop this. -there was also a small ant problem, if we spilled something really small, within a few hours there would be loads of ants - this even happened near the bin, the toilet seat, just places it shouldn’t be happening - so we had to be extra careful.

Location is excellent, 5-10 min walk to beach or 2 min motorbike ride which we rented from property (best bikes around for great price) Rooms are very clean with everything you need, staff are so friendly, free bottled water everyday and a private balcony to relax on after the beach. Just out the way from the noisy high street which is perfect. We had our laundry done which came back smelling very fresh and ironed, and had help with booking onward travel with ease. The best place we have stayed in Ao Nang and at a great price. We will definitely be back! 😁

Best place we have stayed so far in Thailand. Great location. Short drive on a moped to Ao Nang or 30 minute walk. We were able to hire mopeds from the hotel to go to and from Ao Nang. Clean and great size room, little garden area was also lovely. The owner was also so friendly and welcoming. She helped us rent bikes, book trips and offers washing facilities if you need to wash your clothes. 7/11 across the road and some cafes near by. If you are looking for somewhere peaceful and not far from Ao Nang here is perfect. Thank you for everything. Definitely recommend.

Everything about this place was fantastic. The lady at reception was tactful and very helpful. You can book excursions, buy bus tickets, rent a motorbike, and use the laundry service here. The room is very nice, modern, and comfortable. We especially liked the backlit ceiling and the greenery behind the glass doors. The location is excellent, close to the park and Ao Nang Beach (great place for walks). There's a breakfast street food stall right by the hotel, a 7/11 across the street, and fruit stalls, restaurants, and the night market nearby. After checkout, we could store our luggage for free and take a shower. Thank you, and we highly recommend this place!"

This isn’t about the hotel, but a small tip about the area. If you enjoy early morning walks, avoid heading toward the nearby port, as you might meet a pack of dogs there. An encounter with them might not be a pleasant experience.

spacious clean room with good facilities, nice manager, the nearest part of the beach is green and calm. You can rent a motorbike or book a trip in a good price. Good for ppl searching for calmer area but still close enough to Ao Nang as a great base to explore all Krabi province. 7eleven and ATM opposite. Quiet modern AC. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place.

Around 10 min walk to the beach is along quite busy street without pavement and shadow. With open curtains the room does not offer much privacy and with closed curtains is very dark.

Good room size, lots of place to hang your clothes, big bathroom and a very large bed. The small terrace in front of the door is great for sitting outside before you are ready to head out. Location is super convenient with 7-11, fruit stalls, a pharmacy and a few local restaurants just next door. We rented bicycles for the whole week and it was easy to reach the beach and any other place in Ao Nang. We booked the island tour and taxi via hotel and it went very well.

Helpful staff with getting taxis and motorbike hire. Easy process!! Away from the business if Ao Nang but the scooter was definitely necessary. Some delicious local food options close and a 7-11. Bed was massive and it was really nice having an actual blanket! Washing machines available by 10bht coins too. Super lovely place to stay!

Nothing really!! House keeping happens early in the morning so you may need to ask for your room to be swept if you are a late riser. New bottles of water and toilet paper every day though!

the room was clean, the water pressure in the bathroom was good, and the AC in the room was well working. They provide drinking water every day. The woman in charge was helpful, she helped us to arrange tours. We did the Phi Phi islands tour, it was perfect, I definitely recommend it. We also did a Hong Island tour with a long-tail boat, it was not bad. The prices of the tours were affordable. The location was good for those who want to be far from the center's noise. It is 20-25 minutes away by walking to the night market and 5 minutes by tuk-tuk. Please feel free to ask the lady in charge to arrange tuk-tuk. There is one restaurant across the road from the hotel. You can have breakfast there. I especially recommend Roti. There is one 7-Eleven next to the restaurant, and it is open 24 hours. You can find many things you need there.

Great value for money. Could have done more than 4 nights! Right on the doorstep of the beach. Plenty of beach restaurants and bars nearby, and about 10 min walk from other places to eat and buy whatever you may need. Water and loo roll replenished every day, rooms were sizeable and clean. The staff give you space, so it almost feels like an apartment.

Tens of mosquitos in the room for some reason when we arrived, probably due to the door being left open whilst being cleaned. Mould in the bathroom where extractor fan is. Windows not tinted so people walking past / neighbours can easily see in. Breakfast was poor
