Loved the rooms. And the way they were spread out. Staff were all extremely good. Particularly Jee (F&B Manager), Kompak and Anny who immediately made you feel at home with smiles and help all week. No pool, but right on the beach with enough beds and loungers. The eating area from lunchtime is by the sea and is very relaxing. Service can be a little slow but I think that is just a typical Asian thing. ( come on we’re on holiday and everything doesn’t need to be at top speed) I would certainly go back to this resort.

Be careful, as there are lists of items in the rooms they charge for. They supply with white towels and if you get any staining on them they will charge you 600baht. (About £14) Almost impossible not to mark them because of suntan lotion on the beach. I refused to pay after they left a photo of a stained towel (which could have come from anywhere) and we hadn’t asked them to change our towels anyway. Also, you do get two free bottles of water in the room each day but they also leave two bottles of Evian, which they charge you for if you consume them. I felt it was just an extra profit making policy.

The whole island just a dream! The room right on the beach was the best. Waking up hearing the ocean, was amazing. Staff very friendly and polite, specially Tim, our waiter.♡ Would definetly come back.

Breakfast could improve. Very limited, but on the other hand, there are more space for lunch and dinner😁

Beautiful location overlooking the beach, which was fairly quiet during our stay, despite it being the lead up to Songkran. Appeared to be mainly used by the hotel guests. Also easy walking distance to a selection of beach bars/restaurants

Breakfast selection was a bit limited but adequate and what was available was good quality. Suited more to Thai and Russian tastes perhaps.

The location is simply beautiful. It is one of the smaller beaches on the island but this makes it quiet and peaceful. The resort operates to a high standard. We used kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling gear for free. Staff were great. The rooms were fantastic. Large, modern, clean and well maintained. Bathroom was fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend it.

The only negative would be the food. The quality was good. However the portion sizes were small and it was very expensive compared to other restaurants on the beach. I would recommend doing your eating and drinking elsewhere.

Private Location, Private beach and nice rooms. Beautiful resort

Although the restaurant and facilities are beautiful the food is not quality or correctly cooked. We stayed 7 days and only had 1 dinner and 1 lunch at the resort. Only ate breakfast the first morning because of the little options and hotplate were cold. Staff was not very informative at check in but we figured everything out on our own. Not enough lounge chairs for guests. We enjoyed our stay but the resort is only half as good as it could be with better management and training.

The room was spacious and clean and led straight onto a lovely beach with a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was great. The bed was very comfortable, which is a first in Thailand if I'm honest and I've been many times. There is lots of bars and restaurants close by and you can get a taxi from the hotel to anywhere on the island. If I come back I will stay here again and pay for the beach front rooms as they were excellent. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

There was literally nothing I could possibly complain about.

Well appointed rooms. Cleanliness. Location on a beautiful bay. Reception and cleaning staff

Criminal lack of sun loungers to guest ratio. Slow and confused waiting staff at bar and restaurant. Restaurant and bar prices exceedingly high given the lack lustre fare on offer. Feel they are trying to monopolise on the isolated location. Better value to be had at the other very basic bar/restaurants sharing the bay.

Well located near a not too busy beach (with a wharf you can jump off, if you're into that type of thing). The breakfast is not bad, the hotel staff were excellent, especially Myint who was super helpful and very friendly. The room was comfy and attractive. Tim, a waiter at the on site restaurant was also really helpful and did his best to help us with a problem we had.

The on site restaurant is very poorly managed. The food was quite good quality and reasonably priced, but some of the wait staff were not properly trained. I understand with trainees things will sometimes go wrong with your order and it's not a big deal. But it's a problem when the manager runs away, sends unrelated people to talk to you or just ignore you, when everything could be solved by just coming over for a friendly chat to just straighten things out.
