breakfast was good. Stuff was really nice and helpfull and always happy.Location is between mainvillage and night party places and shot way to both of those.rooms were super clean and fancy. I will go again.

Coffee was bad on breakfast every morning. Hotel reception is next to the street and bar/restaurant is there also on the beatch, only room is a bit up there so need to walk uphill 100meter.

Modern rooms and nice bathroom. Location right on the beach with fabulous views at beach area.

The hotel is only half built with remaining rooms being fitted out. This means you have to walk around the hotel and up the hill to access rooms. Once the hotel is finished it will be a whole new experience.

Room was large. Cleaned well, daily. Breakfast included. Good location. Great value for money.

Walk to the rooms was a lot of uphill and stairs. No information in the room about where to eat, taxi service, scooter hire etc. Found this strange.

Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of food. It is served on the beach, something which is a charming start of the day. Rooms are spacious enough, with the stuff you need for a comfortable stay. The beach connected to this resort is beautiful. Here you can chill in the sun, or shadow, all day long while you enjoy food and drinks from the bar/café. Quiet location, still a short walk to more lively areas.

Only being a picky traveller, tissues and toilet paper that stick everywhere to your body because it’s so thin. Hot and cold water in the shower, hard to find the constant balance.

Loved the style of the rooms, super comfortable beds, delicious breakfast included, staff were friendly and helpful and respectful. Public restrooms at the beach beautiful, clean and in good working order. Bean bags and hats on the beach so much fun!! Great setup! And close to party places, but far enough if I wanted to sleep early without noise. Beautiful beautiful water feature with the koi fish outside the rooms. The whole place felt so calm and peaceful. The overhead shower head didn't work in our bathroom, and the basin plug was loose. It also got blocked on the last day. 😬 The lights on the stairs are a bit blinding. I would put a strip of metal to reflect the light into the steps instead on into people's eyes. 😊

Not enough beach loungers when busy

The rooms are big and very comfortable. It's not quite on the beach but not to big of a walk down. You walk through lovely garden, cannot complain. The restaurant and beach Infront called jeps beach is stunning, nice chairs and service and very romantic day and night. Breakfast is very very nice. We moved rooms once due to a mould smell and our new room was much better with better water pressure too. Staff were great, it's paradise. Booked an extra week. I see other reviews saying you have to walk to get to your room. It's true that old people may struggle but anyone else it's very short and beautiful. If your here for a while, book here and then a beach front bungalow at another beach. We have loved our stay.

If there is a problem with room, staff will happy move you. Staff are not rude, be friendly and genuine and you will receive the same. Don't be an entitled tourist.

Nice location close to the beach, room nice and clean. Several lamps and a reading lamp for each bed (sadly with a very bright light so partner had problem to sleep). Nice bathroom with a lot of space. Breakfast buffet is the best on this trip and one of the best at a low-mid priced beach resorts. Nice fire-show at the beach in the evening, Bar close early and no noise in the evening. Good for relaxing without the otherwise common noisy beer bars in Thailand. Easy transportation from the ferry with Songteows but the always try to charge too much. Good and clean beach.

Everything is expensive on Koh Samet, food and drinks are double price compared to the mainland.

No staff after 8:00, last time we stayed there was someone play very noise music, anyway we called the emergency number 10 minute later the noise has started.

Rooms were beautiful, just like the website photos. Great breakfast. Really good coffee. Bathrooms outside by office were nice and clean with sink soap and drying paper. Liked the rinsing area by the restrooms. Loved the hang out area by the bar. Great place to chill and drink. Great location away from other noisy beaches. Short walk to other beaches for night entertainment. Room rates after discount was good from US perspective.

Shower water alternates between hot and cold. Sink was clogged. Long walk up the hill and steep stairs to hotel room. Step to the office is too high, need more steps. Need more floor towels. Bar happy hours was good with buy one get one free. Outside of happy hours beer were too expensive. Had to resort to 7 eleven for beer and drank them elsewhere. No vendors came to this beach (I think it's because it's a private beach?). No massager, was looking forward to a day of massage on the beach.
