The hotel itself is very aesthetic. The lobby and ameneties is very cultural which was pleasing to the eyes and experience as well. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. Modern looking too. Shower worked great and had a heater. The location of the hotel was very convenient. If you're in Bangkok for the food, the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and the famous Yaowarat street food is just on the other side of the street which is less than a 5min walk from the hotel. The hotel is also attached to a small mall which has a 7/11, Starbucks, KFC, and other restaurants, pharmacies, and convenience stores. Tuktuks and taxis are also always around so commuting is very easy and convenient. The location itself is in the middle of where you would probably need to go for a short vacation especially if you want to visit the local temples and tourist destinations and shops.

Chinatown is a world apart within Bangkok. If you like hectic places then this hotel is a good solution to stay in the middle of it. The hotel is above a mall and this is convenient even for late night shopping. Rooms are efficiently designed and enough spacious. There's everything you may need and may be useful (even if you dont use like a decent restaurant). Due to the location and design of hotel I would suggest the place to those who already know a bit of Bangkok and not to first-timers or families with little children. Having said this I could easily return there!

Check-in was a bit slow and basically you may meet staff only on check-in and check-out because you have to go on reception floor otherwise you may skip it completely. This can give you a kind of un-personal experience which is however good for travellers who don't need too much help. I missed only the pool but that's for another kind of holidays!

The location and the room

The receptionist working on the 28th (day time). Very rude behavior towards guest, most of the guest either spoke English or Chinese, and when she couldn’t handle any situations she would say something like: แต่ละวันต้องเจอกับอะไรบางเนี้ย when she knew that there still were a few people in the lobby that could understand Thai. I don’t see the point in keeping a job if you don’t want to put any respect into the work place or the guest who pays to stay at the hotel. Besides the hotel receptionist then all the other staff were friendly and helpful! :)

Very nice design hotel in the intense but fun Chinatown: + Gorgeous room, comfy bed, clean and fresh bathroom + Lovely and varied breakfast + Beautiful common areas (reception, bar) + Easy check in + Good location if you like to be in the middle of the buzz (also a shopping mall available below hotel which is convenient for pharmacy, 7-eleven etc.) Chinatown is an experience by the way! + Room feels private and reasonably quiet + Really good value for money + They had a mini cinema for guests in the courtyard part of the bar, which was cozy. Not sure if this is regular, but very appreciated if you've been out all day (did I say that the area is intense?)

I can honestly say that this is one of the two best hotels we stayed at in our 3 week backpacking trip in Thailand (budget 50-150 EUR per night)

Location and ease od check-in and check-out were good. Breakfast was nice too. Comfortable room and bed. Good that it had underground parking, which was at extra cost but more convenient than expected.

The location is great, not only walkable to China Town night market and many famous street food spots, but also close to public transportations. The hotel is next to a shopping mall, where you can find convenience store and drug store. All of the staff are very friendly and considerate. The room is clean and sufficiently equipped for a solo traveler.

The window cannot be opened, and this may be the reason of the unpleasant smell in my room. However right after I called the front desk and reported this, they immediately sent someone to spray some air freshener. After that I was not bothered by the smell during my 2-night stay.

The location is great and very accessible to all the notable streets and food and massages we wanted to go to. There's also a 24 hour convenience store in the mall next door. Thankfully the restaurant inside also had decent food so we ate there for one of the nights. The room itself was quite comfortable, the bed is comfy, and there was plenty of space to move around in for a couple of people.

Check-in could've been smoother. There are only 3 elevators and they're quite slow and not air-conditioned. Check-in is at level 4 which upon our arrival, there was a big tour group of 50+ people trying to check-in. The staff thankfully was able to handle our check-in pretty quickly despite the big group. The showers need a bit of mould/grout up keep.

check-in at 3pm with early check-in at 12pm, but they let you leave your stuff. Similar with check-out at 12pm but late check-out is 1pm. To get these features, you have to sign up (free) for their loyalty rewards program; it’s very easy and takes like 3 minutes. There are nice shower rooms available when you don’t have a room.

Location was fantastic! Hotel is a one minute walk from the Wat Mangkon metro station on the blue line and with a bus stop right outside as well. Chinatown is one block over and you're within walking distance of many of the temple complexes should you fancy a 30-45 minute walk. Hotel is above the I'm Chinatown shopping mall with many convenient shops and restaurants. 24 hour reception was convenient as we arrived around 5 AM in the morning. They also booked us a taxi to the airport the night before we checked out. The room was clean and spacious with good AC and a comfortable bed.
