Great staff, nice new rooms, good value.

Quite a walk from BTS and MRT stations. Not bad in reasonable weather but on a very hot day it was a challenge.

The cleanliness and staff. Really well modern appointed smaller hotel. I didn’t have to worry about sub-standard bedsheets and worn furniture, that is usually associated with hotels at this value price. And didn’t have to contend with the overcrowded hustle and bustle of Nana and Asoke neighborhoods. However it is a stone’s throw away from that happening area too if you like. Decorations are well kept and modern. Small cafe beside was very cute and comfy.

Location requires a 10 min walk to Queen Sirikit CC MRT. You have to find the pedestrian short cut to do this. Otherwise it is 15-20 min walk in the sun/heat. 10 min walk is fine. Otherwise there are loads of motorbike-taxi’s for 30 baht to zoom you off to Asoke BTS. Not much around, but a very convenient and clean 7-11, plus street vendor food that is really yummy and cheap.

AC was working very well. The hotel is close to the main street of Sukhumvit and close to Asoke. The staff was nice.

Deposit asked for the hotel room cards. The cleaning was OK but not perfect (some hairs remaining on the ground, I am bald)

This boutique hotel opened 2 years ago. Looks brand new. Very clean/ well maintained. Comfy bed. I just love this place. Great location although a bit far from the main avenue (Sukhumvit) / (10 min walk) . Just a stone throw away from a 7/11. 5 min walk from the Marriott Marquis.

Reception called me at 12 pm sharp to remimd me that it was check out time (I was just on my way). But not a big deal...

It was new and quite small, but very neat and clean. Beautiful lobby and the room was very nice. It’s a little deeper in the Soi from the main road, but 7-11 is just around the corner and plenty of street food.

It was a bit of a walk in the heat to the BTS station but other than that we were happy with everything.

Room is a bit small, but it's cheap anyway, but it's still clean, comfy, and has things you need in a hotel room. Easy check-in and check-out. Good location, round a corner to the main street.

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite clean and quiet.

I found somewhere near the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) so that I could walk to QSNCC from the hotel and it said on booking.com that the hotel was 0.3 km but it was 1.4km.

The style of the room, hot water in the bathroom and the friendliness of staff.

Strange smell in the bathroom, noisy people on the floor and light flashing on the phone in the bedroom which staff didn’t know how to stop.

Super cool rooms ! Great location ! It miss a swimming pool to make this place perfect !

staff were amazing. great location and excellent street food stalls when you turn left out of the hotel where the 7/11 is.

The shower wasn’t hot enough for me, but bearable, not worth complaining about.
