Great location, comfortable bed , modern , clean , loved the swimming pool. Great views over the park.

Stayed at Oakwood Suites for 6 nights with my family. Pros: 1. Good location—3-5 mins to BTS station. To avoid climbing the stairs, you can walk via the side door of Emporium Mall to the train station. 2. Our spacious room is larger than the usual hotel room. I particularly like the kitchen and washing machine (with drying function) inside our room. 3. Swimming pool - not a rooftop one, but most of the time, there aren't many people using it. 4. Nice gym equipment and I didn't see anyone using it

Cons: 1. This is for Booking.com - Be careful with the free pick-up promo. After booking the hotel, I was offered a free pick-up from the airport. However, I could not amend the details when I wanted to change the number of passengers more than 24 hours before arrival. Based on the Q&A, I must cancel my pick-up booking and make a new one. There is no way I could rebook because the "promotion link is expired," as the customer service lady advised. I was frustrated as they didn't have a solution at all.

Quite new and centrally located near Emporium Mall and many other shops and eateries. Nice pool. Rooms are big and nice. We got an upgrade when we mentioned that the curtains in the studio apartments don’t have light blocking curtains..

Make sure if you request anything through the b.com messaging that they reply personally to make sure it gets done… we didn’t and at first not got what we asked (early check in/high floor/quite room) Management solved it though. Would come back again.

Awesome hotel. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Everything in the room was in excellent condition. The bathroom was spacious and has excellent water pressure and temperature. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The air conditioning was effective, particularly when in auto. The staff were all very polite and the location was perfect for the shops and BTS. Finally the gym was probably the best gym I have seen in a hotel. All the equipment was new and very clean.

Minor issues included the front door was not quite soundproofed. You could hear other doors closing and noise from cleaners in the hallway which has a bit of an echo.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but we did eat at the restaurant which was good. The location is central and convenient to everything. The hotel is clean and well managed. The people are friendly and helpful. The water pressure is excellent in the shower and all of the bathroom essentials are excellent. All around a very solid hotel for any stay, short or extended. The gym and pool are also excellent and there are areas for children. The elevators are fast and efficient.

Nothing really not to like. The hotel is one of the best all-around in the Bangkok area.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. • The room was clean and spacious, featuring a variety of amenities such as a washing machine, microwave, and a well-equipped kitchenette. • The bed was very comfortable. • The bathroom was also spacious and nicely designed. • The staff were lovely and very accommodating.

• The hotel is located on a very busy street with heavy traffic, which made it difficult to get transportation, as even Bolt and Grab drivers often refused to accept rides from this location. • Another minor issue was the lack of entertainment options on the TV, as there were not enough channels and no access to YouTube or Netflix.

The pool area was very nice and relaxed. The kids room was very plus. The rooms (connecting rooms) was very nice and clean and big. Felt like home.

The staff at the lobby and doors men were very moody 🫣 most of them never say hi or greeting. We were asking about late check out when we checked in “we don’t know, you have to ask us again the day before you have to check out.” Was the answer. No solutions or any kind of trying help us. Then another one at the counter suddenly said “it’s 7000 bath, do you want to confirm now?!” Kinda annoying. Met another woman I guess she was manager or something walk around at the pool area to checked around. Look at me and said nothing, not even “Hi”. But we were happy with the rooms we booked. We took the late check out for 7000 bath later that day.

Home away from home. Cozy environment. Comfortable pillows and bed. Big toilet with great amenities. Strong water pressure for the shower and bathtub. 7-11 is a less than 5 minutes away on the other side of the road. Its quiet at night, no disturbance from the hectic traffic below. Less than 10 mins walk to the BTS Phrom Phong station. Shopping mall all around. Pod coffee machine, big fridge, microwave and induction cooker (upon request). For muslim travellers, I recommend to bring the 'sertu' soap to cleanse microwave and the utensils before use.

I booked the deluxe studio and loved it, will definitely stay here again next time. I had to do some work during my stay and I had great options to do it either in my room or at the residents' lounge at level 8. Room was spacious, clean, came with a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom was good with the additional big bathtub. The balcony was locked but you can ask the reception to unlock it- I didn't cause all I needed was the sunlight from the big windows anyway. Location was good as there are a lot of good restaurants and bars not far from the area. The MRT station is also walking distance away. My flight home was in the afternoon, and even though they couldn't accommodate a late check out, they let me use the facilities at level 8 (lounge, pool, sauna) as long as I needed, which I really appreciated.

There's almost always a traffic jam along the alley in front of the hotel. I've stayed around here before so I knew what to expect, but it might be too annoying to some. Just take that into consideration before booking a cab.
