The property was a nice size and had an eye-catching lobby. The staff were polite and professional. The café had a great breakfast daily as well as an outdoor seating area which was nicely lit at night. It was a perfect setting I enjoyed with a glass of wine. Room service was prompt and accommodating. The pool was spacious, clean, and one of my favorite spots on the property. The gym was nice with various machines and free weights. The suite was spacious and comfortable. There wasn't any smell and housekeeping did well daily, I have no complaints. The bed was king size and very soft and cozy, I rested well! The bathroom was modernly decorated and clean with your basic toiletries and hairdryer. Bedroom and living room had a great floor to ceiling view of the city and streets below. Wi-Fi was stable. I felt secure and safe on the property. Shopping mall is walking walking distance. Amenities worth mentioning: the room contained a safe, washer/dryer, refrigerator. But the number one reason why I would recommend Oakwood Suite is their hospitality and honesty I had left something in the safe. I was notified immediately and though it was difficult as I had already left the property, they made accommodations to ensure my items where returned and I wholeheartedly thank the staff for that!

Amazing location - close to BTS and Emporium. It is super convinient that the apartments are equipped with washer/dryer, especially is you use it as a base for your Asia travels.

It is our second stay and while the first time was almost excellent, this time we were highly disapointed. I booked a room on higher floor. We were given a room on the lowest possible floor. When i brought that up at checkin the lady at the reception was extremely disrespectful and presented it as "take it or leave it". Customer service 0. The apartment was much smaller compared to the previous one although i booked the same. For this price point i believe the service and the attitude towards to guest should be a bit more different.

Location is convenient to the train station and malls & alot of 7-11 nearby. Staff is friendly and polite. Good parking lots. Big rooms

Cleanliness. The fridge/stove has food stains when we checked in. There were bugs in the bathtub throughout my stay which means it’s not been cleaned. Overall, room isn’t as clean. Toilet paper in toilet wasn’t refilled during room cleaning so we ran out of toilet paper for 1 of 2 rooms. 1 day: the dustbin in kitchen didnt have plastic bag. IT would be good to have dish washing detergent & sponge so that we can wash our cups etc. Hallway needs better cleaning. I saw a dead cricket on the floor outside my apartment room for 2 days.

Very nice and clean, comfortable room with great ac. The pool and gym were the big plus. The location was great, close to BTS station, big malls and many restaurants/shops and bars. You could also order deliveries and the staff will bring them to your room.

The house keeping was hit or miss. Some days it's great, other days they forgot something, for example emptying trash bins, resupply coffee, towels etc. It could get loud if the room is facing the street. The traffic around the area is pretty heavy but it is not the hotel's fault.

we booked 2 studio twins and the staff managed to arrange adjacent rooms for us. Rooms were spacious and clean. During the first day we could smell smoke on our non smoking floor and suspected other guests nearby were breaking rules. Informed staff and they took action immediately. very efficient.

we had some cutlery missing in our room but it was replaced after we informed staff. would be nice if cleaning products were provided for the kitchenette.

A short stay-over for us in Bangkok (where I've been many times previously) as part of our much longer trip, so I picked Oakwood for a number of reasons: Location / A good potential to meet our expectations and requirements / Some references from a BKK friend of mine. For us, a small family (young child) it was fantastic. Enjoyed every minute of it and will definitely return. It's not cheap :o) so if you're just looking for that, then look elsewhere, but for us, for this short stay, it was worth every, single penny. The brilliant, helpful, happy staff - everywhere - was just the icing on the cake. Loved it!

Nothing. It was all better than we thought possible. Zero complaints from us.

Modern rooms, small but functional kitchen and lounge area with balcony. Bed was comfortable. Washing machine is useful. Gym was excellent with about 20 machines and some free weights. Pool deck was nice. Good restaurant downstairs with excellent Pad Krapow! Location was ideal, about 100m to emporium, 7-11 and BTS. 5 minute walk to the park where you can have a run in the morning. Nice views too. Recommended big you are staying 4+ days as you get more space than a hotel with a kitchen and washing machine.

Shower took a while to get warm, lots of wasted water. You had to order the pots, pans and hot plate for the apartment, a bit of a hassle if you were staying a few days. No furniture on balcony.

Cosiness. Had everything we needed in the room. Excellent interior made us feel more like home rather than at a hotel. The view was sublime both during the day and at night. Air is well ventilated. Staff were lovely. Overall the hotel was very clean, peaceful, private and perfect for couples. Beinf a 3-minute walk away from Emporium and BTS Phrom Phong was a big bonus that we really appreciated.

We wish the Smart Tv could have done screen mirroring for Apple devices.

The Property and Staff where excellent and very helpful at all times. Location was good and very near to the BTS and Shopping Complex.

Breakfast needs some upgrading. Limited Choice. Was missing some Cheese and Ham on the buffet or add some Asian Dish like Nasi Goreng to the breakfast Menu.

There really wasn't much to complain about with my stay here. Aesthetically the hotel is very minimalistic and pleasing while also being very clean. The view from the room was spectacular and the room itself was spacious and offered plenty of facilities. The bathroom and shower were also generous and very nicely lit. The bed was absolutely amazing and gave me one of the best sleeps I have had staying away from home. Staff were also friendly despite only having a couple of brief interactions with them.

Nothing to comment on - People may argue it's fairly expensive compared to other hotels in the city but I feel there is superb value there with the high quality of what you are getting.
