The location was fantastic, connected to CentralWorld Mall, across from Big C Supermarket and short walk to other malls. It was very nicely done up and decorated. Aesthetically pleasing. Drinking water and other toiletries were always replenished daily.

Everything was great, but just two minor points to mention. The lighting was a little complicated but we figured it out eventually, and the bedroom slippers could have been of a better quality.

My husband and I loved the location – it was perfect for our shopping trip, with malls and markets nearby. The service was outstanding, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with so many delicious options to choose from. A special shout-out to the bellboys who helped us when the taxi I had booked turned out to be too small for our luggage. They quickly arranged another taxi and ensured we made it to the airport on time. Truly exceptional service!

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the aircon was noisy when set to the highest fan settings, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience since we were always out anyway.

Suite was actually two rooms joined together, so it did not feel like a normal suite. Scammed for 1,800AUD from within the booking.com message service. Fortunately my bank was able to manage the situation. Both hotel and booking.com didn't take any responsibility. I booked another 40+ room nights for our group,all through Agoda, because I was worried the scam would reappear. Not sure I am confident to use booking.com now. This is a shame, because I did prefer booking.com,

excellent location and close to everything

terrible sound proof for the room, every morning wake up by noise by neighbour such as showering sound or morning calls …. can hear morning calls from next room every morning at 4:30am such a nightmare … will never go back for this quality with such expensive price

Everything was good. The staff provided excellent service and the check in at the executive level was smooth and quick. I like the executive lounge has food provided at every hour and the rooms were new, clean and in tip-top condition. The location is perfect too. Can walk to Siam paragon, Platinium, and Siam Sq. Lots of food choices and shopping at Central world.

The lift can be v crowded and a longer wait. The cook at the executive lounge can learn to cook scrambled eggs better =P

The property is in a prime location, allowing me to walk to most places I wanted to shop at. Central World alone is a shopping haven! The room is very spacious and comfortable for a solo traveller or a couple. The concierge has been helpful when explaining how to go where for what - a fine example of the Double Keys!

Be more flexible with regard to the deposit that is required at check in. While I can understand the purpose of the deposit, especially for groups or families, more flexibility can be considered for solo travellers. The room was not going to be messed up, and zero charges made to the room.

Right in the middle of Bangkok with malls and meeting space around the hotel make it very convenience for a work traveller.

1. Convenience. The hotel is located above the CentralWorld mall and within walking distance to a lot of other places such as Big C supermarket. There is a supermarket with prices comparable to Big C once we enter the mall through the connected lift. 2. Hotel staff were all very nice and attentive! They gave very detailed information when asked questions and help with opening the doors and with my luggage. My check in staff Laksana even gave us a free room upgrade which we are so thankful for! 3. The hotel spa was so luxurious and the masseuse was really skilled and ensure that I was comfortable through the whole massage.

1. In order to get to the CentralWorld mall, we had to take the lift to level 23 (hotel lobby) and then walk a few mins to transfer to another lift to get to level 7 and walk a very short distance through the car park to enter the mall. Not a huge minus but do take into consideration that the hotel lift is not directly connected to the mall. 2. Although there was YouTube on the TV, do note that Netflix is not available and I had difficulty air playing my video onto the TV.

We loved the location of Centara Grand at Central World. It was centrally located and easy walking distance to all the best shopping malls and restaurants that we love. The Staff were helpful and very friendly and made us feel valued. The breakfast was better than we expected and we are really happy that we paid the extra for this add on option. Food was excellent, offering everything from omelette with your choice of filling, bakery, fresh fruit and juices and lots of delicious Asian and Thai delights. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again on our next visit.
