Location was OK for our needs. My wife is a food blogger so we visited lots of local food markets. Pretty much anywhere in Bangkok will take time to get around due to traffic. We took taxi's most of the time. Download the GRAB app and we used it all the time. It's like UBER. It's a little more expensive that just hailing a taxi and using the meter but it saves you the trouble of trying to communicate with the driver (they don't know where anything is in Bangkok) and arguing over the price. With Grab you order and pay on line through the app with your CC and it's done. The hotel is really nice but a little weird that you need to enter the building through an alley into a type of small market and take the elevator up to the lobby. Once there it's a nice hotel with a beautiful pool. Service was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Just the entrance was weird.

The room is big and well equipped. There's a water refill station at the lobby (level 7), and for room cleaning, they'll replenish 4 bottles of water. Location is convenient but not sheltered if you want to use the bridge (R Walk), which connects Platinum mall, Central World (not sheltered), Big C, and Gayson Village.

Sheets, bath robe, and towels have stains. Most likely, it wasn't cleaned immediately. Hence, it stained, but overall, it's clean. The hair dryer is also weak and flimsy. The nearest BTS station is around 15mins walk away.

Air con, the bed, the fridge, the bathroom especially the shower. The size of the room. The quiet lift. The pillows.

Too much Thai language on TV. Noisy people in hall talked loudly at night. Some people banging door at night woke me up. People next door with tv loud all night till 3am. People next Door having loud conversations. Soundproofing is not good. Floor was a bit hard. Some robes smelt of smoking. Price should have included breakfast. There should be free ice cube machines in the hotel on every floor.

Location is excellent. Opposite Platinum Mall. Go through Platinum Mall and walk under sheltered link to Big C and Centralworld and all the way to Gaysorn Mall that links to 2 subway stations Chit Lom (that goes to Chatuchat) and Siam (to Paragon) Hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly. Hotel massage at 6th and lobby floor (7th) is very cheap and super clean.

Taxis may not know where the hotel is unless they use GPS. It is opposite Platinum Mall under the bridge. Lift to the lobby is behind Starbucks and hotel lobby is on the 7th floor. Room is very clean.. bed is firm but pillows are too soft which is not good for the neck.

The location just the best. across the road just pratunam then cover sky bridge from there to siam paragon, central world, big C etc. The staff there just so friendly and helpful. The massage next to the reception just awesome. affordable price and please do the head and shoulder massage I guarantee u gonna hav a good sleep at nite!

The only issue is the reception at level 6 and don’t really have a proper drop off area. a bit far from bts (10min walk). the main road just always in busy mode so a bit difficult to get grab also. but no worry all these are bearable.

The location was great, right opposite Platinum mall and walking distance to Soi 19 Wan Ton Mee. We got a free upgrade to the top floor suite and thank you for the little birthday decor.

We asked for a international plug and the hotel said that they don’t provide any as they used to in the past but it always goes missing. The jacuzzi tub had some black debris but it was okay after a while.

Bellman was super quick to react when he sees new guest checking in. Unfortunately i didnt catch his name though. Room is very spacious, perfect if you have a little one who loves running around.

On one of my nights there, there were a trail of ants on the floor which lead to a dead insect, even though we did not eat in the room nor bring any sweet stuffs. I informed the front desk and the housekeeping only sprayed insecticide and left it that way. It was a disgusting sight.

This was my sixth stay at this hotel and every time I am pleasantly surprised by the high level of professionalism from all staff. From the reception, the cleanliness of the rooms, friendliness of all staff, the location of the establishment to the breakfast is just excellent. This time I forgot my watch in the room and when it was discovered it was kept for me.

Nice comfy beds to sleep in. Very accommodating to provide an extra pillow each. Convenient location to access the shopping areas. Staff are friendly. The travel guide at the lobby was great. Able to speak chinese and flexible with the timing.

TV reception was bad.

Great location if you’re into shopping as they’re is a big fashion mall opposite the hotel. Lots of food markets outside for places to eat, the pool is amazing between 7-8pm! About 10-15 minute taxi ride to popular tourist attractions. Room was very quiet despite the endless traffic outside and we had a great nights sleep.

On top of a shopping centre and therefore lobby slightly difficult to find, not really a problem for us though.
