There is a lot to like about this hotel: large room with good facilities, good bed and shower, friendly and competent staff, good breakfast buffet, nice swimming pool on the 12th floor, good location (just a short walk to Ekkamai BTS station). Overall excellent value for money. I would seriously consider using this hotel again during a future Bangkok visit.

The main thing that could use some improvement is the lighting in the room. The main light in the room is very bright and very white, which is not very pleasant. These lights could be replaced with warmer lights. Also, a smaller lamp or two would improve the atmosphere in the room a lot. For example, an extra smaller lamp on the bedside tables would help. A lamp on the desk would be a good idea too.

As a long time guest I can only recommend the property most highly. The staff are attentive without being intrusive, friendly and professional…from the moment of check in to check out. The cleaning staff are polite and willing to assist if you need anything. The staff at breakfast are always ready to meet you with a smile.

The building of the new complex adjacent is coming along but still can prove noisy. As a smoker the reduction of the possibilities on the 12th floor are s shame. Being huddled away in a back corner isn’t as comfortable as it once was.

Quite honestly I could have lived permanently in my apartment room -- I received a free upgrade from the executive suite and couldn't have been more happy. I think that the rooftop pool in this hotel, surrounded by frangipani trees, is quite possibly one of the most picturesque I have encountered in Bangkok. Personally, The hotel is situated in the upcoming Ekkamai area, which offers a host of restaurants and health/beauty options. There is a food hall and a mall directly across the road and the hotel is located very close to the BTS. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Located close to Ekkamai BTS which was very convenient, although if you take a taxi they did find the turning into the hotel tricky. Large room and bathroom, bed was very comfortable and good AC, bath in the room was good too.

The electric shower was more like a mist than an actual shower, however the hand held over the bath was good if a little inconvenient for washing hair. The hotel is next to a building site so no views from the room, although that didn't bother us at all, it wasn't noisy and this room was just our base whilst we were out and about doing activities.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was spacious although no cabinet. There was a small kitchenette. The location was very good and close to the Skytrain. There were many food places around the hotel.

The breakfast was reasonable okay and can be improved a little in terms of options for vegetarians and international guests.

they made me wait at the check out while there were checking the room . it took 10 -15 minutes. then they wanted to charge me for a stain that i did not leave . we literally just slept 6-7 hours in the room . there was no way for us to make any stains. they showed me a photo which was not clear and i still don’t know where that stain was as i could not tell by looking at the pic. Our driver was waiting outside. I did not have time deal with it . I did address it as i knew we did not leave any stains … anyways , they ended up not changing us but it took 15 minutes of my time to deal with it

Nice spacious room, near bts station, lovely helpful staff, restaurants, 7/11 etc nearby, good breakfast (you can choose from western style breakfast and asian style), comfortable beds.

It is not fault of the hotel but the construction site nearby is very loud during the day, but you will barely hear it in room. But due to the construction site you cannot really relax near pool. It would be nice to have a pool bar there as well.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The facilities are good and the pool always clean; often you have the whole pool to yourself.

The new property towards the main road unfortunately now blocks the view from the front of the hotel but the hotel itself is not responsible for this, it’s just a shame.

We had a suite, which was large and comfortable. The staff were great. The property is not as far down Sukhumvit Road as other hotels which means that from BKK it is a short taxi ride. The suite had everything, but we were only there overnight and couldn't experience it to the fullest. The rooftop pool area has great views over the city at night.

The location was good with plenty of places to eat and drink in the area, but it lacked the hustle and bustle found further down Sukhumvit Road. The restaurant was only open for breakfast.
