Staff was excellant. Property is only 1 year old, so everything was new and clean. The rooms were big. Breakfast was really good. They seated us, brought welcome drinks and a wet towel to freshen while we were being checked in. That is the best hospitality i ever experienced in a five star property Near BTS Station, so you can move around easily. I highly recommend it.

Honestly, nothing. Maybe the lobby was not too fancy to put in Instagram. But cozy and comfortable. .

Great room on the floor 39th of 41 floors of new building with dramatic views. Quiet room and very comfortable bed with very nice bathroom. Pool, fitness center and lounge on the 11th floor are easy to access and nicely equipped. The kitchenette was good and staff servicing everyday was excellent and thorough. Staff (Isabella) at front desk were kind and considerate. Elevators never took long and the lobby and entrance areas with lots of trees are an immediate oasis off of Sukhumvit. Washing machine in executive studio was great. Hot water was good. We appreciate high floor we requested on booking.

Only one semi-comfortable chair and narrow office chair in room, so have to watch TV from bed. Wi-fi was quirky and slow in the evenings. No drying rack or place to dry laundry in room. Location on Sukhumvit is convenient, and about 7 minute walk to station gates of Thong Lo BTS. We walked or took BTS/MRT everywhere, but streets are loud and tiring to walk and side (Sois) streets don’t go through. (Not unique to the Ascott…problem is lack of walkable grid, loud motors, and air pollution in general in Bangkok…needs to get better for all). A bit expensive IMO, but it was very nice and end of Lunar New Year week, so you may do better.

we appreciated the whole stay, from the residence's Japanese and harmonious touch to the service, breakfast and cleanliness. We will come back!!!

We are very much into design and details, these comments may not affect all guests but if something can be improved, we noted the following. We were missing a clothes hanger when we used the washing machine, no electricity in the bathroom to e.g. use hair dryer. Missing mirror above the desk (we stayed in an executive studio), by the pool some beds had no covers or they were waiting for new ones, looked a bit dreary. Above the pool bar sat a simple sign directing guests to the lounge for orders. Arrange a nicer sign it deserves such a nice facility. The pool bar could be so nice, with a big nice bouquet of flowers, some trendy nice drinks to order. And Guests drank beer in the pool and left their half full bottles in the pool along the edges until the next day, not so nice.

cleanliness and it being a new hotel. kitchen utensils and all utilities are new. sparkling clean. only time will tell how well it can be maintained at this standard with passage of time. for time being, it is excellent and very comfortable. staff are young, motivated, always with a smile and greeting. speak volumes of the effectiveness and investment into training and management leadership.

trade off of being sited in a relatively more quiet location versus Phrom Phong or Asok just further down sukumvit. ie close accessibility or doorstep access of food and shopping. especially during raining weather. on the bright side, climbing those stairs up the BTS each time helps digestion when overeating delicious Thai food. wahaha

the overall experience was great. the breakfast was awesome with a variety of options. the room was spacious and clean. the swimming pool was good.

despite a short walking distance to BTS station, the hotel was slightly far from the city center. a lot of restaurants nearby but most of them didnt open until afternoon, not many choices for breakfast.

the room size ( we change in the middle of our stay because we where next to the air conditioning compressor ) after many request they did help us , close to sky train , excellent breakfast, very nice staff . amazing view , super pool 🏊‍♂️ .

make sure you are not in the unit finishing with 07 ( the one near the compressor) air conditioning noise in room , bring warm sweater. restaurant and lobby ( it very cold ) it a no smoking policy !!!!! but not respected it smell cigarettes in our hallway !!! the should charge the fine .

Nice hotel we had a room upgrade and great views of city. Friendly helpful staff and very accommodating with our late check out.

The breakfast was a huge disappointment for a hotel of this quality All precooked ie eggs sausages, hash browns, bacon etc all cold under heat lamps which were not sufficient to keep food warm, not a huge variety and toaster was out of the Ark.

Excellent stay - the rooms was much bigger than I expected and we really enjoyed the breakfast every morning which had some delicious Japanese options. Staff were always helpful and attentive - whether at the restaurant, by the pool or when it came to cleaning the room. Room has blackout curtains which was great for sleeping and they even had a pillow menu! The pool is massive and great for lounging. Would most definitely stay here again - not only because it was so comfortable but because the area is packed with great food finds!

The hotel is new (1y according to the reception). It’s clean and location is close to BTS with plenty of eateries nearby. The receptionist Bibi (Bow) was helpful in resolving our extended stay.

Breakfast was disorganized, space too small. Breakfast staff were indifferent and not so helpful/friendly.

Brand new building, really modern and clean rooms. Hotel staff are so friendly and helpful with everything. Check in and out really smooth and even offer complimentary drinks while waiting. Area is also good, maybe a Japanese community area as many restaurants nearby are Japanese, although just as many Thai or European places too. BTS is maybe a 5/10 minute walk away which is great to get around the city. 7/11 also a very short walk away. I requested a high floor and the view from the hotel is amazing, especially at night or at sunset and sunrise!

Thong Lor area is usually really busy with traffic so getting a taxi to and from the hotel is sometimes a little difficult. However, there is always the BTS which is great.
