The hotel is brand new. The manager apologised in advance in case there was any teething problems, he need not have done so. Staff were amazing, kind and friendly. Room amazing, great room and amazing pool and gym.

Everything was great! The room was spacious and light. The bed was so comfortable. The design of the hotel is very beautiful and modern. We are already planning our next stay at DusitD2🫶🏻

Very very strong perfume in the entrance/lobby, which ended up being incredibly pungent whenever entering, and was very triggering for a person with migraines like myself. I would highly advice the company to rethink this perfume-policy or at least minimise the quantity.

It’s one of the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. Very clean with unique modern style. I highly recommend it to cable that’s in honeymoon.

The hotel is newly opened and they already notified the gusts about the little noise that comes from the construction so it doesn’t bother me because it only appears around afternoon while I’m out and it’s not that loud. According to their note, the final touches will end by the end of this month.

Modern, clean and nicely designed new tower. Good-sized room especially for Bangkok, with enough space for a comfortable sofa and with great views over the city skyline. Very good breakfast in particular the Asian options which changed every day. Nice pool area with Mexican cafe and a view, although the pool itself is rather small.

The location is central but the immediate neighbourhood offers few options by way of restaurants and cafes. The coffee shop on the ground floor of the hotel is overpriced by local standards. The popular districts of Silom or Block 28 are a 15 minute walk away, as are the nearest BTS stations, which is ok except on very hot or rainy days. On the other hand, ride share apps in Bangkok are effective and you can get picked up and taken around quickly (traffic permitting).

I’m booked for 3 rooms, only 1 room available. Receptionist told us can wait in the room and they will bring the another 2 cards for us. But we waited almost 1 Hr, still haven’t get the room card. End up we check in at night, and 1 of the room the sewage smell so strong and we request to change to another room. After changed the room, bathroom poor drainage and not AC. Quite frustrate at that moment. Lucky the hotel staff very helpful to solve the problem.

We stayed at DusitD2 for four nights and felt very comfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive, the rooms super clean and modern. The location of the hotel is very good - in just 10 minutes walk past many small stores you can reach the subway station Sam Yan. Or you can take a bus that leaves just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Likewise, in the evening you can walk to the Patpong Nightmarket in just 10 minutes, which you are welcome to visit as a tourist. The breakfast is generous, fresh and offers all the amenities you would expect from a house at this level. On one of the upper floors there is a small pool with a great view and in the attached bar is happy hour in the evening - a great place to end the day relaxed. All around a great and recommendable hotel.
